Terms & Conditions
Check In & Check Out
• Check in time is 3:00 PM. Please let us know your approximate arrival time. If you will be arriving after 6:00 PM, please call to make arrangements for late arrival.
• Check out time is any time before 12:00 PM on the day of departure. If you would like to enjoy our Tasting Room and/or tour the area on the day you check out, arrangements can be made to store luggage to be picked up later in the day.
• Requests for early Check In or late Check Out is based upon availability and requires prior arrangement.
• Our rooms accommodate a maximum of two adults. No children or pets permitted for the sake of comfort of all of our guests that come to enjoy a quiet and private retreat.
Parking
• Upon arrival, it is easiest to unload luggage at the front door before proceeding to the designated guest parking area.
Breakfast
• Early morning coffee is available in the Grand Reserve Inn dining room at 7:00 AM, or you are welcome to use the coffee maker in your room.
• Breakfast is served in the Great Room between 8:30a.m.-9:30a.m.
• Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies. We are happy to accommodate any reasonable dietary requirements.
Keys
• Please remember to return your Grand Reserve Inn room key to the Innkeeper/Office when checking out. Failure to return key will result in a $30 “lost key” charge.
Quiet Time
• Quiet Time is between 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM to let our guests have a good rest.
Visitors/Non-Guests
• Visitors are required to leave Grand Reserve Inn premises by 10:00 PM.
Smoking
• Grand Reserve Inn is a smoke-free establishment including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, incense, candles; no smoking inside the buildings or within 50' of doors & windows. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Smoking is limited to outside areas only.
Liability
• Grand Reserve Inn is not responsible for accidents, injury, or loss of property of any kind.
You may ride the bikes on the property at your own risk.
• Damage to the rooms or any part of the Grand Reserve Inn will be the responsibility of the guest and may be charged accordingly.
Safety
• We are equipped with sprinkler and fire alarm systems for our guests’ safety.
Special Assistance
• Wheelchair accessible room available with roll-in shower at Grand Reserve Inn.
• All common areas of the Inn are also wheelchair accessible.
• Designated parking space. A valid disability parking permit is required.
• Smoke alarm meets ADA for hearing impaired.
Payment Policy
• A reservation deposit in the amount of one night's stay is required to guarantee room reservations. Deposit will be charged at the time of booking.
• Payment balance will be processed at Check Out. We accept major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as form of payment.
• A Confirmation will be issued by e-mail once the reservation has been guaranteed with a deposit.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• Rates and taxes subject to change without prior publication.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the intimate size of our Inn and Vineyard house, cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to the following cancellation policy:
• If reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival date, there is no charge, and you will receive a full deposit refund.
• Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival date are non-refundable; you will be charged 100% of entire reservation. A revision to modify the date of the original reservation is considered a cancellation.
