Room 01 - Superior Twin/SuperKing Buchen

Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor and has twin beds or if preferred, these can be set as a 6' Super King bed. Furnished in a mixture of painted furnishings, the colours are a mixture of warm reds and natural ticking & checks, utilising a mix of coordinating French fabrics. The room has a large flatscreen Freeview TV and a modern en-suite shower room with large shower cubicle, high pressure shower, heated towel rail and complemented by soft luxury towels, bath robes and REN toiletries.

Room 02 - Deluxe French King Buchen

Bedroom 2 on the ground floor is one of our most luxurious rooms with high ceilings and original cornicing and lovely views across the City to the Royal Crescent. It is tastefully decorated in soft creams and grey hues complemented by a stunning cream painted, carved French King size bed, triple bay windows with comfortable armchairs and a modern en-suite with a large high pressure shower. All complemented by luxury bed linens, towels, REN toiletries, a large flatscreen Freeview TV and a few other luxury extras.

Room 03 - Small King Buchen

Room 3 is on the ground floor at the front of the house with lovely views across the City. The room features high ceilings, original cornicing and is furnished with a King bed with crisp white linens and an eclectic mix of antique-style French furniture and lighting, as well as a large flatscreen Freeview TV. The beautiful, traditional calming greens and natural French fabrics complement the furnishings perfectly. It has a modern en-suite shower room with a high pressure shower, towel rail and white fluffy towels.

Room 04 - Deluxe Four Poster Buchen

Room 4 is on the ground floor and is one of our best rooms. It is known as the 'Garden room' as it has light streaming in from its own enclosed courtyard. The room is furnished with a King bed with crisp white linens and an eclectic mix of painted antique-style French furniture as well as a large flat-screen Freeview TV. The beautiful, traditional cool creams and green French fabrics complement the furnishings perfectly. It has an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and separate high pressure shower and white fluffy towels, robes and REN toiletries.

Room 07 - Luxury King Buchen

Room 7 is on the 1st floor at the back of the house with double windows, giving masses of natural light and views over the garden. Decorated in taupe & duck egg blue with French toile fabrics, it has a King-sized bed, luxury linens, a large flatscreen Freeview TV and an en-suite shower room with a large shower cubicle, high pressure shower, heated towel rail and complemented by soft luxury towels and bath robes.

Room 06 - Deluxe City Four Poster Buchen

Room 6 on the 1st floor is our most luxurious room with high ceilings and original cornicing and stunning views across the City to the Royal Crescent. It is beautifully decorated in dark brown and crisp whites and has a stunning white painted Four Poster bed, elegant furnishings, with comfortable armchairs set in the triple bay windows and a modern en-suite bathroom with both a bath and a separate, large high-pressure shower. All complemented by luxury bed linens, fluffy towels, toiletries, large flatscreen Freeview TV, iPod docking station and a few other luxury extras.

Room 05 - Classic King Buchen

Room 5 is one of our smaller rooms on the 1st floor at the front of the house offering lovely views over Bath. It is furnished with a King bed with crisp white linens and an eclectic mix of painted antique-style French furniture and lighting, as well as a large flatscreen Freeview TV. The beautiful, traditional cool French fabrics complement the furnishings perfectly. It has a modern style en-suite shower room with a high pressure shower, REN toiletries and fluffy towels.

Room 08 - Executive King Buchen

Room 8 is a lovely, quiet room on the 1st floor at the back of the house overlooking the garden. Decorated in cream and blue hues, it is furnished with a King bed with crisp white linens and an eclectic mix of antique-style French furniture and lighting, as well as a large flatscreen Freeview TV. The relaxing room colours complement the furnishings perfectly. It has a modern style en-suite shower room with a high pressure shower, REN toiletries and white fluffy towels.

Room 09 - Classic Double Buchen

Room 9 is one of our cosy Loft rooms on the 2nd floor. It is our smallest room with a double bed, blue & white painted furniture and Belgian fabrics and crisp white linens. It is tucked away in the eaves which gives it a lovely homely feel. It has a small but well equipped en-suite with natural light, a good sized shower cubicle with a high pressure shower, heated towel rail, REN toiletries and complemented with fluffy white towels.

Room 10 - Standard King Buchen

Room 10 is one of our Loft rooms on the 2nd floor overlooking the garden. It is a very pretty room decorated in bluey greys & taupes with a King bed, painted furniture, Belgian fabrics and crisp white linens. It has a large flatscreen Freeview TV and a well equipped en-suite with a spacious shower cubicle with a high pressure shower, heated towel rail, REN toiletries and fluffy white towels.

Room 11 - City King Buchen

Room 11 is on the 2nd floor at the front of the house offering stunning views across the City. The room is furnished with a King bed with crisp white linens and an eclectic mix of painted antique-style French furniture and lighting, as well as a large flatscreen Freeview TV. The beautiful traditional toile fabrics complement the furnishings perfectly. It has a modern style en-suite shower room with masses of light streaming in from a skylight, a high pressure shower and white fluffy towels, robes and REN toiletries.

Bedroom 12 is a quirky twin room and is one of our Loft rooms on the 2nd floor. Furnished in a mixture of shabby chic furnishings, the colours are a mixture of inky blues contrasted with crisp whites, utilising a mix of coordinating French ticking and checks. The room has a large flatscreen Freeview TV and a modern en-suite shower room with large shower cubicle, high pressure shower, heated towel rail and complemented by soft luxury towels, REN toiletries and bath robes.
