Cliffside Villa Book

This two-story guest house sits directly above the port of San Juan, looking down on breathtaking views of this wild coastal bay. The house has a full kitchen, a comfortable living area with a dining room table for special evenings, a games room, and two bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a King bed, the second room has two single beds, and the living room has two comfy pull-out couches. The deck overlooking the bay is complete with outdoor seating and a barbecue ready for the catch-of-the-day!

Terms & Conditions

- Check-in is 5:00 pm, Check Out is 10:00 am. Should you be arriving later than 6:00 pm, kindly let us know ahead of time so that we can go over our late arrivals procedure.
- We charge $25 per extra person. Children 12 and under stay free.
- We are a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in any cottages/rooms or decks at all times. Smoking on the property will result in a $250 fee.
- We allow one dog per cottage (with the exception of the Penthouse Cottage) for a one-time $40 pet fee. Do not leave pets unattended at any time.
- Cottages are self-sufficient. We do not offer daily housekeeping services.

By agreeing to this, I give authorization to Wild Renfrew to charge the credit card for any outstanding charges associated with the duration of my stay. These charges may include, but are not limited to, outstanding room night charges, property damage, theft, and sundry purchases.

Payment Policy

We accept cash, debit, Visa, and MasterCard only.
Credit Card is required to hold reservation and make deposit at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

An advance deposit for the first night's stay plus taxes will be charged to hold the reservation.

Cancellation
• More than 7 days prior to arrival. Full refund of the one night deposit.
• Between 6-1 days – Deposit can be used as a credit for future stay. We will collect 50% of the outstanding nights after re-booking to a new date. It is a final move of the booking and non-refundable. Alternatively the deposit is forfeited and 50% of the accommodation rates for the remaining nights will be charged to the credit card provided.
• Less than 24h – Deposit forfeited and 50% of the accommodation rates for the remaining nights
• Early check-out – 50% of the accommodation rates of the nights not spent are refunded
