Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time at 12:00 (noon)
All above room prices are for solo or double occupancy.
Up to two children under eight years old may share the room with parents at no additional cost.
Children over eight years old will have an additional cost for extra person in room ($45 USD per night per each one of them) the hotel does not provide service of extra beds. Courtesy baby crib subject to availability, book in advance.

Mexican sales taxes will be added to the above rates, if guests choose to pay directly to the hotel at check-out time. All our room rates and services are USD currency based. You may pay in cash with USD, Euros, or Mexican pesos, as well as with your Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit cards. When paying with your credit card, the bank will convert your total bill to Mexican pesos at the exchange rate of the day, as credit cards are charged on each nations' currency.
All No-Show reservations will be fully charge - so please read our cancellation policies.

Children under 16 years old must be supervised by an adult.
Please understand that we are not responsible for your personal belongings. We take the number plate of your car for our parking control but, we are not responsible for lost belongings if you leave them in your car and public areas. The hotel is part of a private ecological reserve, we protect all flora and fauna that are part of the environment; so please be aware of the surroundings and that you must take personal responsibility for your own safety. Every customer who visits this hotel accepts the personal responsibility of taking care of where he walks, steps, and moves. This is not a hotel without risks, so each client who visits the hotel or our property, is in charge of taking care of their own safety and take appropriate measures to avoid increasing the risks that are natural in a wilderness, such as encounters with animals in the area and /or heavy branches and palms that fall freely in the gardens and andameos of the hotel. Also, that the gardens are wild and have all kinds of natural hazards including unevenness, holes, stones, plants irritating to the skin, etc.
WI-FI are free for all guests at our Main Hacienda Mansion's open terrace, pool area and some rooms. Please note that due to our location, internet service is a bit erratic.
One bottle of water is free of charge in the room per day. Every additional bottle is subject to an extra charge.
The hotel reserves the right not to allow the entry of drinks or food other than those prepared in our stablishment, failure to comply with this policy will incur a charge of 50 usd.

La hora de registro es a las 3:00 pm y de salida a las 12:00 del mediodía.
Todas nuestras tarifas de habitaciones y servicios están basadas en dólares estadounidenses sujetas al tipo de cambio del hotel. Puede pagar en efectivo con dólares, euros o pesos mexicanos, así como con sus tarjetas de crédito Visa, MasterCard o American Express. Al pagar con su tarjeta de crédito, el banco convertirá su factura total a pesos mexicanos al tipo de cambio del día, ya que las tarjetas de crédito se cargan en la moneda de cada nación.
Todas las reservas "no presentadas" se cobrarán por completo.
Si nos visita con su mascota, es necesario avisar anticipadamente a nuestro centro de reservaciones para previa confirmación (se requiere aceptación por escrito de las políticas para mascotas y cargo adicional durante su estancia)
Los niños menores de 16 años deben ser supervisados en todo momento por un adulto.
Por favor, comprenda que no somos responsables de sus pertenencias personales. El hotel cuenta con su propio estacionamiento incluido sin costo adicional para nuestros huéspedes, pero no nos hacemos responsables de las pertenencias ni pérdidas si el huésped las deja en su automóvil y/o en áreas públicas.
El hotel forma parte de una reserva ecológica privada, protegemos toda la flora y fauna que forman parte del entorno; así que tenga en cuenta el entorno y que debe asumir la responsabilidad personal de su propia seguridad. Todo cliente que visita este hotel asume la responsabilidad personal de cuidar por dónde camina, pisa y se mueve. Este no es un hotel sin riesgos, por lo que cada cliente que visita el hotel o nuestra propiedad es el encargado de cuidar de su propia seguridad y tomar las medidas correspondientes para evitar aumentar los riesgos, como los encuentros con animales, en la zona y/o la caída de ramas y palmeras que caen libremente en los jardines y pasillos del hotel.
El servicio de internet es gratuito para todos los huéspedes en la terraza abierta del casco, y el área de la piscina. Tenga en cuenta que, debido a nuestra ubicación, el servicio de Internet es errático.
Una botella de agua se da como cortesía en la habitación por día. Cada botella adicional está sujeta a un cargo extra.
El hotel se reserva el derecho de no admitir el ingreso de bebidas y alimentos ajenos a los preparados en nuestro establecimiento. El incumplimiento de esta política incurrirá en una penalidad de 50 usd.

Politiche di pagamento

All reservations require a Visa or MasterCard in order to be confirmed in our system. A one night charge per room will be processed within seven days prior to arrival date. The remaining nights must be fully paid directly at the reception of the hotel.

Politiche di cancellazione

Only written cancellations will be accepted as a valid cancellation request for our regular and discount rates per night. All cancellations need to be sent via email to: info@haciendachichen.com
please send us a written cancellation request no later than fifteen working days prior to your confirmed arrival date to avoid charges. Cancellations received after such time will have a 100% charge for total stay (your full reserved dates and rooms requested will be fully charged to the credit card on your booking file) No-Show, clients will be charge the total bill of their reserved nights at the room rate booked regardless of reason for not arriving to the hotel.
