A valid photo ID and the Credit Card used to make your reservation must be presented to your Suites Manager upon arriving to Hampton Suites.
If you are unexpectedly delayed en-route please contact Hampton Suites in order to re-book your arrival time.
48 Hours or less of Booking and Arrival
If booking Is made within 48 hours of expected arrival; please check your email for your confirmation and check-in details. If unable to access your email, please ensure to provide a direct and valid phone number that our Suites Manager can contact you on.
For group bookings of 5 apartments or more, a separate cancellation policy applies; please contact the apartments directly for further details.
Additional guests exceeding the maximum occupancy will be subject to a penalty charge.
Photo ID will be required at the time of check-in. Guests who have guaranteed their reservations with credit card will be asked for pre-authorization on arrival. Guests paying cash or debit card will be asked for full prepayment of the balance on arrival. A security deposit per apartment may also be required; we reserve the right to pre-authorize up to 50.00 GBP per night (excluding room rate) on the card used for the reservation. This is to guarantee us against loss, damage or disruption and can be paid in a number of ways: preferred method is to pre-authorize a credit card which does not debit the account but simply holds the funds which can later be released back to the account. It is not possible to perform a pre-authorization on a Maestro, Switch or any Visa debit card. We can accept a cash payment and return this following inspection.
Rate Rules and Restrictions
At check-in, reception will verify your departure date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early the rate may be subject to change.
Advance purchase is required. A full-prepaid non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Your credit card will be charged between the time of booking and day of arrival. Deposit is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled. Reservation non-transferable.
Cancellation can only be validated 48 Hours prior to the date of arrival. Canceling after the 48 Hour period will result in the charge of a one-night stay.
Please note these transaction costs are borne by us whether you cancel your booking or not, the booking deposit is always non-refundable.
Cancellations can only be valid via phoning or faxing Hampton Suites directly.
• 1 to 6 nights long may be cancelled up to 48 Hours prior to the date of arrival*
• 7 and 13 nights must be cancelled by 4pm, 3 days prior to arrival*
• 14 nights or more must be cancelled by 4pm, 7 days prior to arrival*
Equivalent notice periods are required for changes to bookings after you have checked-in. Failing to cancel before the deadline, or in the event of non-arrival at the property, the full charge for each apartment reserved will be levied against your credit card.
