Check-in is between 4pm and 10.30pm. If your arrival time falls after 10.30pm please let us know in advance, contact the hotel on 01931 713 673 or on info@thehaweswater.com

Payment Policy

Deposit not required for standard bookings. Payment taken only when you check-in.

Cancellation Policy

We request three days notice (standard bookings) to refund you 100%.
If you cancel within 3 days of check-in the rate is non-refundable.

This cancellation policy changes throughout the year depending on occupancy levels so please keep this booking confirmation.

Festive Bookings (Check-in date between the 22nd December and 31st December) are subject to a separate cancellation policy.
