Syarat & Ketentuan

We wish to remind all guests that a standard 48hour cancellation policy applies, all alterations or cancellations to bookings need to be made within 48hours of arrival otherwise full payment will be taken. Woodland Cottage & advanced purchase deals are excluded from the standard cancellation policy.
For the continued comfort of our guests we enforce a strict non-smoking policy, (This includes the smoking of e-cigarettes) designated smoking areas are available outside the premises. Guests found smoking inside the premise will incur a penalty charge for deep cleaning costs.
We reserve the right to charge individual guests or lead guests for the cost of rectifying damage which has been caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless acts of guests to the hotel’s property or structure. If such damage is discovered during the stay it will be drawn to the guest’s attention but if discovered after guests have departed then we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the costs for payment to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that guests would incur to a minimum.
The hotel is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewelry or other valuables left unattended in guest rooms.
Private visits from unregistered persons, in hotel guest bedrooms, are not permitted. A maximum of 2 (two) people are permitted to be registered to a double room and must provide valid identification: passport, ID card or driver's license.
Should you wish to make payment by cash each guest will be required to produce photo ID. You agree to pay your room charge plus £100.00 cash deposit, which will be refunded on check out, provided the room is left in good condition and no smoking has taken place. Should you pay cash in advance for your stay, no refunds will be permitted, should you then choose not to complete your booked stay. The only refund will be the £100.00 refundable deposit taken on checking in.The hotel has the right to request guests and/or third parties, to vacate room or leave the hotel premises, whenever not respecting any article of the hotel’s internal rules, or behaving improperly at the criteria of the hotel management. By signing this registration card you accept all terms and conditions as listed above.
