To plan your visit, obtain essential directions and to notify any special requirements please visit our website.
Check-in is from 4pm. However if you wish to arrive earlier we might be able to accommodate you or store your bags. Just drop us a line to arrange. Check out is by 10.30am on day of departure.
A calm, quiet, well-behaved pet is most welcome in one of our rooms. No pet ever to be left under any circumstances in rooms alone or allowed onto soft furnishings. In the event that a pet is allowed on soft furnishings or left unattended in your room a £100 additional cleaning charge will be automatically added to your account. Most Norfolk pubs and restaurants are pet friendly.
Payment Policy
Your credit card will be stored to confirm your booking.
PLEASE NOTE THAT PAYMENT FOR YOUR BOOKING WILL NOT BE TAKEN ON BOOKING UNLESS YOU CANCEL WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOUR ARRIVAL.
No payment is taken on booking, all accounts are settled at the property by cash, cheque or card.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival will incur no charges. Cancellation within 14-6 days will incur the loss of the first nights deposit if we are unable to rebook your room. In the event that we can rebook your room then a £20 administration charge will be retained
In the event that multiple rooms are booked cancellations within 28-6 days of arrival will always incur the loss of the first night deposits.
Cancellations within 5 days of arrival will incur a full charge for all nights booked. Holiday insurance is therefore strongly recommended.
