Hill View Motel and Cottages

Boasting a seasonal outdoor heated pool, spacious grounds with stunning views, and outdoor activities including a stocked fishing pond, ping pong, badminton, volleyball, basketball, children's playground, and mini golf.  Dogs are welcome at Hill View Cottages.  Each unit has a private deck with table and chairs and a barbecue grill. Free WiFi is provided.

Beach access is available at Blue Lagoon Resort.  This is a short walk (2,000 feet) and across Route 9N from Hill View.  There is also parking available across the street from Blue Lagoon Resort to use while accessing beach.  Beach area also has free kayaks, canoes, and rowboats.

All units at Hill View Motel and Cottages have air conditioning and heating, private bathroom, private deck with stunning views, cable TV, WiFi, refrigerator and free ice available for coolers.  Coin-op laundry is available onsite.  

Hill View motel and cottages is 4 miles North of Lake George Village.  Located nearby is the Great Escape and Splashwater Kingdom, horseback riding, arcades, boat rides, hiking trails, restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, and many other Lake George attractions.

Terms & Conditions

We supply bed linens for all units, you must supply your own towels, soap and cleaning supplies for cottage rentals. Motel and Motel Efficiency units include daily towel service.
Dishes, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and toaster are provided in cottage and motel efficiency units. All units have a private deck and barbecue grill.

A deposit of $800 for weekly housekeeping units and $500 for weekly motels and efficiencies is required on all reservations. Nightly rentals require a deposit of 40% of the total reservation price. Balance due upon arrival. Deposits refundable with 60 days notice.

Minimum stay requirements are in effect. 7% State Sales Tax plus 4% County Tax applies to all suite, motel, and motel efficiency rentals. Cottage and house rentals subject to 4% County Tax.

We are a pet-friendly resort. A fee of $25 for your entire stay per pet applies. Certain pet restrictions may apply.

Lake George beach and swim area is a short walk of about 1,000 feet and across Route 9N – located at Blue Lagoon Resort.

Payment Policy

40% deposit due at time of booking with balance due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

60 days notice required to cancel without penalty. For cancellations within 60 days of arrival partial refund of the deposit may be issued if the unit is re-rented for all or part of the period of time canceled.
