Please note that arrivals earlier than our check-in time cannot be guaranteed an early room check-in. Our housekeeping standards are extensive and require the period between check-out (11:00 am) and check-in (3:00) for the preparation of our rooms. In addition, our front desk schedule revolves around our expected arrivals. We always try to accommodate. If an early check-in is desired, please call ahead to discuss the possibilities.
All reservations require a credit card to make room reservation.
All of our rooms are non-smoking rooms. A $100 room-recovery fee will be charged for noncompliance and for tampering with smoke alarms.
Payment Policy
Payment in full will be charged the morning of reservation and the room key will be available via our touchscreen Kiosk inside the lobby.
KIOSK CHECK IN ONLY AVAILABLE AFTER 3PM.
Please select PREBOOKED GUEST on Kiosk and enter your last name and phone number provided at the time of reservation. Key with room number will be dispensed.
When checking out, please leave key in drop box on left side of lobby doors.
If you need to pay in cash, please call our office before day of reservation.
Payments in cash will require full payment upon check in and require either credit card on file or cash security deposit.
Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival by 3 pm. Any reservation not cancelled will be billed for first night's stay.
A 7 day advance email notice is required for all group reservations. Any reservation not cancelled in time will be billed for the first night's stay.
