We are closed to the public we will honor our prior bookings only, Corporate stay, Extended, Long term...... Monthly additional deposits will be of course requested. But note this system is not operating, and we reserved the right to refuse service. this booking is only for large deposits or applications towards multiple or monthly stay only if purchased advance of short term closing stay,
Sites Availability 31 days and longer. Depending on the City Stipulations.

We will cancel all computer error booking bookings that are not within our policy of 31 days or more thank you. Your reservations in in Error. If we have made a mistake and you decide to book 31 plus days please let us know. that your booking mistake should be corrected to 31 days. (Cancellation may not take immediately due to computer error, or other set backs. we reserve the right to refuse service at any time. Please note we do not discriminate this is a requirement that has to be met. no exceptions.

The Site is accessible worldwide to anyone with Internet access. However, the Site may not be continuously available due to maintenance or repairs or due to computer problems or crashes we will not be responsible for errors.

Use of, or Expedia, Orbitz, Agoda, Priceline, Southwest, Westside Rentals, Apartments, Zillow, Trulia ,United Airlines or various Vendors National and National.

You may only use this website to make genuine and valid reservations or purchases. You may not use this website to make any fraudulent, false and exploratory reservation. You will be financially liable for all uses of this website. You will be responsible to keep your passwords, login and account information in confidentiality.

Reservations, Amendent and Cancellation

All reservations are subject to availability. Reservations made on this site are considered conditional until a confirmation number is given to the guest to substantiate the reservations by email or fax. We may, from time to time, communicate with the guests, to re-confirm the reservations and to prevent any simulated bookings.

Should the guests wish to amend any reservations, modifications may be made on the website at the earliest convenience. The Hollywood dream Suites will not be liable should it fail to provide its products and services due to unavailability. 31 DAY BOOKING ONLY NO EXCEPTION.

Historic Suites, Alvarado Terrace, City View Does Short Term based on c of o, and transient occupancy .... Properties that cater to Short Term will be marked for that, but extended will be extended you can not alter the use of the properties. and if a mechanical mistake or error is made we reserved the right to cancel the booking.

In the event that the hollywood dream, for reasons beyond its control, need to reject or change a confirmed reservation it will use all reasonable attempt to facilitate the circumstances however if no alternative is provided to the Client, the apartments will return any deposit made and considered it cancelled. This is the limit of the hollywood dream liability. This property is a Historical property est as Apts and Used as an Early Studio, actor housing .

We reserves the right to impose a 100 % cancellation fee of per room per night in the event of a late cancellation notice or a no-show at the hollywood dreams. The apts does not guarantee acknowledgement of reservations or transactions made on this site arising from unforeseen circumstances, omissions or errors that may sometimes occur.

Charges and Payment Terms

The Apartments reserves the right to charge a deposit, where applicable, on confirmation of a reservation. If the payment are not complied with, we hold the right to cancel the booking without liability and retain the deposit. Where a deposit is required, payment can be settled by major credit card or in the event where no credit card is available, settlement in cash is necessary to facilitate the booking procedures.

Internet Rates

The Apts reserves the right to change, modify and adjust the rates with or without prior notice. The rates are governed and subjected by terms and conditions stipulated by individual hotels.

Special Offers and Promotions

Offers and Promotions are subject to specific terms, conditions and restrictions listed on the site. We reserve the right to modify or alter any program, offer or promotion at any time.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The Apts does not warrant that errors or omissions may sometimes occur. The does not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, currency and completeness of the contents, including without limitation, any information relating to rates and room availability. The Apartments disclaims any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, as to any matter whatsoever relating to this web site and other worldwide web links including without limitation, as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
A will not be responsible for any damages including without limitation, damages for loss of profits arising in contract or from your use or inability to use this site. Note we only book Extended Stay if you book in Error then you can cancel in Error.

Hollywood Dream Suite does not guarantee that this site is free from infection by viruses and shall not be liable for any damages or loss.

In no event shall Hollywood Dream Suites nor its subsidiaries, agents, divisions, affiliates, representatives or licensors be liable to any indirect, incidental or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits or loss of information) arising from use or inability to use the contents, even if Hollywood Dream Suites has been informed of the possibility of such damages.

The Site may contain links to other World Wide Web sites, either directly or indirectly and, where possible, we will make clear where such links are being made. Those sites are provided by independent third parties and Hollywood Dream Suites is not responsible for their availability or content.

Historic Suites, Historic Hidden Suites, Historic Alvarado Terrrace is not responsible for the availibility or content.

Payment Policy

Deposit at Time of Booking

Credit Cards accepted Cash, Money Orders , Cashiers Check, wire Transfer for Medical and Insurance Stay. and Group Bookings. On Hold Stay for Medical and Injury Cases, payment upon Settlement.

$100.00 Deposit Required for 31 DAY STAY. this is returned upon departure via the suites are left in decent condition, and no missing items. such as Towels, Keys, misc items or damages.

For Insurance, and Housing, Sec 8, Or Programs and Charitable stay all Parties will be billed and expected Payment for Stay required for any lawsuits, Hospital or Nursing Home, Surgery, or any type each assessment is individual. This billing receipt is for full payment of Stay and Care, For Billing Authenticity a W9 form will be sent with the Invoice to show validity . Our Office Rep 310-704-0003 is available Pacific Coast Time 9am -5pm Monday -Tuesdays.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 7 days in at advance, or 100% i

Cancellation for not meeting policy will be canceled complimentary please note we are 100% Extended Stay.

Cancellation for Historic Suites, or Alvarado Terrace, or any and all stay 100% deposit and 100% Cancellation Penalty. We do give credit for future Stay based on availability, available for 2 years.
