Less than a half a mile from the State Park! Some of our individuality includes BBQ and Rec areas sectioned off for each row of rooms so everyone can enjoy themselves and the cleanest rooms in Bennett guaranteed! We accommodate groups 1-12 in a single room! Our suites have bedrooms as well as sleeper sofas, kitchenettes and/or full kitchens stocked with kitchenware and utensils!

NOTICE TO GUESTS: This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. The occupant must accept responsibility and will be liable for any damages incurred or theft to the property during your stay in assigned room, other than normal wear and tear. $200.00 Charge for smoking in any room. Pet fee is $10.00 a night. Pet must be on leash at all times and you must clean up after them. Pets cannot be left in room unattended unless in a locked carrier. No barking that disturbs other guests. No exotics. All damage by pet will be charged the cost of repairs.
Payment Policy
Your reservation is ONLY guaranteed with a one night deposit, sorry if this is an inconvenience. having a half empty hotel in peak season on no shows is also. Your reservation deposit is non refundable from 2-1 through 9-1. Deposits that aren't included in this time frame will be gladly refunded if we are notified within 48 hours of check in. Thank you! Reservations are to be paid in full at time of check in. Friday and Saturday night reservations are non refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Reservation would only be guaranteed on the basis of a valid credit card.
Cancellations/amendments made after 12 noon, 48hrs prior to the check-in date: One night’s room rate will be charged to the guest’s credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
No shows and early check-outs will be charged one night’s room rate to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. No re-funds after check in. Reservations for Friday and Saturday are non refundable.
