Our reception is not staffed 24 hours a day, so you must send us your estimated arrival time on WhatsApp (0034)933 021 105 or email info@hostalnitzsbcn.com no later than 24 hours before the arrival date, please.

In some cases (depending on arrival time) you will do a self-check-in. We will send you the information on how to do this 48 hours before your arrival date or when we have received your estimated arrival time.

En algunos casos y dependiendo de su hora de llegada, es posible que tengan que hacer el check in ustedes mismo; lo cual les informaremos 48 horas antes de su llegada.

Please note that there is no elevator and that the property can only be accessed via several flights of stairs.

Children without adults cannot be accommodated at the hotel.

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Please note that this property does not accept American Express as a method of payment.

100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
