Located in Shepherds Bush, close to 2 underground stations, and provides easy access to central London’s shopping areas, museums, galleries, West End’s theatres, nightclubs, and entertainment venues. Hotel opening hours: 08:00-00:00.

Must provide (a government-issued) photo ID to check-in. Accepted: Driver's License, Residence Permit, National ID Card, or Passport. The digital form of the ID is not accepted.

The earliest check-in is at 14:00 and the latest is at 23:30. Please try to ensure you chose the right transportation method in order to get here by 23:30. If you are in doubt about whether you can make it before the reception closes, you may wish to take advantage of our hotel taxi - (airport) shuttle service to guarantee your check-in. Email or call us for more information.

Check-out is between 08:00-11:00. Earlier or later check-out requires prior arrangement, so please see a member of staff the night before.

We have 5 parking spaces, £15 each per day. Require prior booking (for availability) and payment on arrival.

Payment Policy

Reservations made online can be paid online via the platform of the online travel agency. Alternatively, payments can be made over the telephone (+44 208 743 4411) or at the property by cash or card.

Cancellation Policy

Non-refundable bookings will not get refunded regardless of the circumstances. Non-refundable reservations may only be modified to a different date. Price will change accordingly to the rate for the given date.

Date modifications as a result of erroneous bookings are also subejcted to price change.
