Check-in time from 2:00 p.m.
Check-out time from 11:00 am (late check-out until 12:00 pm. Upon confirmation).
Conditions for children.
Free 1 baby with arms up to 1 year old, sharing parents room.
We accept credit cards and reserve the right to re-authorize your card prior to entry.
We guarantee a secure reservation. Your data is protected. We protect your privacy. We respect the confidentiality of your data.
We do not accept pets
We do not accept coolers in the pool and restaurant area.
We do not accept visits.
We do not accept bonfires or similar within the facilities of the Hotel.

Payment Policy

1. Payment policy for offline reservations.
The client can make her reservation by email or by phone and this is confirmed by a confirmation key via email. The reservation is fully guaranteed when the client makes 100% of the payment of the total price of their stay.
The client will receive an email notification indicating their reservation number and confirmation once the advance payment has been paid.
The client must present these data when they arrive at the Hotel
If the guest wishes to extend her stay, availability will be verified and in case there are no rooms, the guest will leave the hotel room according to the initial reservation agreed.
The final price of the reservation made corresponds to the total number of people and nights requesting a stay and the total number of services that appear on the reservation page entered by the client at the time of making it. It includes the applicable supplements and those fees and taxes levied on the services provided. The price does not include in any case the services that have not been contracted at the time of booking, nor the additional services that the client wishes to contract during their stay at the hotel, which, in the same way, must be paid by the client directly at the hotel.

2. Online reservation payment policy.
When the reservation is made online, the advance payment is guaranteed by credit or debit card.
In case of no-show at the hotel, the charge for the first night of the stay will be made and the rest of the nights reserved will be canceled in the system, making the bonus for the remaining nights less the percentage of bank commission.
If the guest wishes to extend her stay, availability will be verified and in case there are no rooms, the guest will leave the hotel room according to the initial reservation agreed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and modification policy.
In case of cancellations, the payment made for the first night of the reservation will not be returned.
Modifications may vary and be accepted or not, depending on the type of room and special dates. Please contact us if you have any questions.
No-show policy.
If the client does not show up on the first day of the reserved date to formalize their entry and has not made a notification to the Hotel, the amount of the first night will not be returned and the room will be available the next day immediately, that is , the rest of the nights included in the reservation will be considered canceled, without the right to make any claim.
The amount of the remaining nights will be reduced less the percentage of bank commission.
Hotel Bahía Paraíso reserves the right to cancel reservations as long as they are caused by reasons beyond the control of the company, motivated by third parties such as earthquakes, natural disasters, demonstrations, strikes or pandemics.
The client agrees with the terms and conditions when making a reservation.
