RECEPTION OPENING HOURS
We do not have a standard reception with a clerk available at all times. There is, however, a receptionist at the hotel during our opening hours who may be easily contacted. Our rooms should be ready for check-in no later than 15.00. Check-in outside the opening hours of the reception should be arranged in advance.

MEAL DEAL
We have no restaurants in the hotel, but we made some good deals with some of Bergen's best restaurants that you can choose from. In addition, we have breakfast arrangements with nearby hotels and cafes.

CLEANING AS REQUIRED
Naturally, when you arrive at the hotel, your room will be clean; the bed made with freshly laundered cotton bed linen, and there will be one bath towel per guest. Daily cleaning services are not included in the room price, but during longer stays there is a weekly cleaning service. Additional cleaning services and a change of bed linen/towels may be ordered at an extra fee.
BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED
Breakfast is not included in the room price, and we do not serve breakfast at our hotel. You may purchase a coupon for breakfast at a nearby bakery for 100,- NOK during the opening hours of the hotel reception, or order one when you make your room reservation.
Guests may also take advantage of the great selection of cafés in the city center of Bergen. We have a deal with Godt Brød for NOK 100,-, and a good deal with Starbucks for NOK 110,-.
There is an electric kettle in every room (remember to bring your own coffee/tea), and there is also a quality coffee machine at the hotel, where you may purchase freshly brewed coffee at any time of day for NOK 10,- .
Payment Policy
Non-Refundable:
Your reservation may be charged at any time after booking placement.
Standard Rate:
Pay upon arrival, unless you are arriving outside of the reception opening hours. If you are arriving late, the first night of your reservation will be charged on the arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable:
The reservation cannot be refunded if modified or cancelled.
Standard Rate:
Free cancellation or modification until 24 hours before the arrival date.
If cancelled or modified after this, the fee is 100% of the first night.
