Terms & Conditions

On making a reservation at the Cerrito Tropical Eco Lodge website, to confirm your stay you must pay a 50% deposit or the full amount. You will be responsible to the ferry service for the cost of the ferry services booked by you, and the taxi service to the Lodge.
Payment Policy:
Your booking payment is Non-Refundable, unless a specific cancellation refund policy is included in your written confirmation.
Due to Covid we can offer special circumstances for a credit or date change. If this is the case, you must change your booking within 48 hours in order to be eligible. Cancellation administration fees will be subtracted from any refund you may be eligible to receive.
If you believe there is an error or dispute with your payment, contact us first to resolve the situation.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations or changes may be made through the website where you booked (i.e., online cancellation function), or by notifying the Cerrito Tropical Eco Lodge directly. You agree that in the event that you cancel or change your reservation, you authorize Cerrito Tropical to charge to your credit or debit card an amount determined by the online booking service provider's terms, conditions, and policies applicable to the reservation. The administration charge for cancellations or changes may be $25.00 depending on your circumstance. While this amount may vary for individual providers, under no circumstances will it exceed the amount due to the service provider under the original terms of your reservation agreement.
Failure to Arrive (No Show):
If you do not cancel your reservation, your failure to arrive (no-show) by the agreed check-in date and/or time will result in the cancellation of your entire reservation. By confirming a reservation with your credit or debit card, you agree that in the event you fail to arrive by your agreed check-in date and/or time, you authorize the provider to charge to your credit or debit card an amount determined by the service provider's terms, conditions, and policies applicable to the reservation. Under no circumstances will this amount exceed the amount due to the service provider under the original terms of your reservation agreement.
Your booking payment made at the time of confirmation is Non-Refundable if you fail to arrive (No Show), with no exceptions.
We cannot be held responsible for issues with transport and/or unforeseen circumstances which may cause a No-Show.

The Pier is 250 m from Cerrito Tropical. Taxis are available at the pier on arrival, if you cannot find one please call 6489-0074 or direct to the taxi.

No llegar (no presentarse):
Si no cancela su reserva, el hecho de no llegar (no presentarse) antes de la fecha y / o hora de check-in acordadas resultará en la cancelación de su reserva completa. Al confirmar una reserva con su tarjeta de crédito o débito, usted acepta que en caso de que no llegue antes de la fecha y / o hora acordada de check-in, autoriza al proveedor a cargar en su tarjeta de crédito o débito una cantidad determinada por el términos, condiciones y políticas del proveedor de servicios aplicables a la reserva. Bajo ninguna circunstancia esta cantidad excederá la cantidad adeudada al proveedor de servicios según los términos originales de su contrato de reserva.
El pago de su reserva realizado en el momento de la confirmación no es reembolsable si no llega (No Show), sin excepciones.
No nos hacemos responsables de problemas con el transporte y / o circunstancias imprevistas que puedan causar una No-Show.
