Check in time: 3:00 PM Check out time: 12 PM

If you arrive in the morning and your room is available before 3:00 PM, we will check you in immediately. Otherwise, we will store your luggage and you can explore the downtown or enjoy the pool.

We accept credit cards, Visa and Mastercard for payment and Mexican Pesos or $US dollars

All Rates are in US Dollars and subject to a 16% Sales Tax and 5% Lodging and Tourism Tax.
All rooms are Non-Smoking

If you plan to stay in Merida for the day or have a late bus or flight we will be happy to store your luggage and/or you till you leave.

Payment Policy

We accept credit cards, Visa and Mastercard for payment and Mexican Pesos or $US dollars

The cost of rooms and services is in US Dollars. If you choose to pay in Mexican Pesos, we will use the exchange rate on the day you pay to figure the peso amount. We use XE.com for the exchange rate.

Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival.
