As a reminder, we have several pics of all of our rooms on our website: www.hotelnichols.com along with information on our town.
Parking: Hotel Nichols does not have our own parking lot. You may double park in front to unload your luggage. We have over four parking lots with 300 spaces, less than a block away from the hotel.
Check IN: Check in time is anytime after 3pm. Check out time is 11am.
Smoking: We are a smoke free building. We will charge your card with a smoking violation and you will be asked to leave without refund.
Our building is 130 plus years old, we do not have a parking lot designated to our building however we do have an unloading parking space available directly in front of our building.
We do not have and elevator please specify if you would like to be downstairs.
Cancellations: *All Reservations must be canceled with in 10 days of the arrival date. Failure to do so will result in a full charge to the credit card provided. Michigan State Law requires all hotels to rent to adults 21 years old or over. WE I.D. at arrival.
Payment Policy
All reservations will require an active credit card on file. We will process payment upon arrival. Reservations that exceed the amount of $800 will require a 50% deposit due on date of reservation and required to confirm the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
All reservations must be canceled within 10 days within the arrival time. Failure to cancel a reservation will result in a full charge on your credit card. Holiday/Special event: All reservations must be canceled within 14 days of arrival time. Failure to cancel a reservation will result a full charge on your credit card. We are located in central downtown and cannot be responsible for outdoor noise, especially during special events.
