Terms & Conditions
Check in is between 3pm & 8pm - unless otherwise arranged at the time of booking. If you will be arriving after 8pm please do notify us as soon as possible. Check out during the week is by 10am, and Saturday & Sunday by 11am. A charge of £10 will be added to your bill if a late check out occurs without notification.
The entrance to the Hotel can be found behind the Hurtwood Inn. The Hotel gates are automatic and will open on approach, where you can access the Hotels own car park.
If you require a Taxi during your stay we suggest arranging this beforehand due to the Hotels rural location;

If you require a restaurant reservation, please contact the Hurtwood Inn directly on 01306 731769 or firstname.lastname@example.org, as the Restaurant and Pub is a separate business to the Hotel. A reservation is not needed if eating in the bar area.
To secure your reservation, we take a 25% deposit which will be debited from your card details entered at time of booking.
The outstanding amount is payable upon check-out.
If you are unable to come and stay please contact us at least 30 days prior to your arrival for a refund of the 25% deposit.
If you cancel your stay between 7 and 30 days before your arrival, then your deposit will not be refunded.
If you cancel between 2 and 7 days prior to your arrival, then you will be charged 50% of your full stay.
If you cancel 48 hours before your arrival or don't show, then you will be charged the full amount for the duration of your stay.
For group or single reservations in peak periods, Hurtwood Hotel reserve the right to increase the time required to cancel your room(s). Cancellation of stays that fall in the low and shoulder period will be at the Manager's discretion.
If you have booked through an online travel agent, please refer to the cancellation policy on their website.
A separate cancellation policy applies when booking all rooms and will be advised separately.
