Terms & Conditions
This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse services to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. All rates are single or double occupancy. There is a charge of $20 for additional adults & children age 3 and older. All rooms are strictly non-smoking. There is a $250 charge for non-compliance. Check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is 10:30 am. Office hours are 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Arrangements will be made for late check-ins.
Payment Policy
The Inn At The Rostay requires a valid credit card to hold your room. Add Maine State Lodging tax of 9% to all room rates. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Cancellation Policy
If a reservation is canceled within 48 hours of arrival, you will be responsible for 100% of your stay. No refunds for early departures. No-shows are charged the entire cost of the reservation.
