Minimum Stay Requirements:

There are no Minimum Stay Requirements for individual room rental. However, there is a two night minimum for Entire house rentals.

Payment: Personal Checks are accepted with photo id; we also accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express.
Please indicate if you are taking advantage of our Specials and Packages at time of reservation.
Please indicate if you are using promotions and gift certificates at the time of the reservation. Use of promotions and gift certificates other than those issued directly by The Hunt House may be limited to specific rooms and dates.

Smoking: The B&B is a non-smoking facility.

Children: Children are welcome, but the venue is traditionally furnished with antique furniture.

Pets: No pets are permitted unless they are used for medical purposes.

CHECK IN is after 4:00pm
CHECK OUT is at 11 a.m.

Cancellation Policy:

Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last-minute cancellation leaves us little chance of filling the reserved space. For this reason, the Inn maintains a strict cancellation policy.

Individual Room Cancellation Policy:
50% per room, non refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits will not be refunded. For cancellations of 14 days or less, the guest is responsible for the full value of reservation as reserved. Your card will be charged for the full amount 14 days prior to your stay.

Entire House Cancellation Policy:
50% of the reservation is due at time of booking as a non-refundable deposit. Deposits will not be refunded. The guest is responsible for the entire payment 60 days prior to stay. Your credit card will be run for the full amount 60 days prior to your stay as a non- refundable payment.

Guests who arrive after their intended arrival date or check out before their intended departure date are responsible for the days reserved in full.
We do realize that situations arise which make cancellations necessary. A credit towards a future stay (with restrictions) may be possible if we are able to re-book the rooms that were cancelled.

Rates:

All rooms are double occupancy, with a $10 extra person charge in those rooms that can accommodate them. A 6.75% state and local tax as well as 3% lodging fee are applied to the daily room rates.

House rules: We love this house and hope you will love it as your own. That begin said, a few rules:
No smoking, clean shoes, clean any spills, 15 people max in the house, and no parties.

At The Hunt House, we are dedicated to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personally identifiable information.

Information Collection
Our main purpose in collecting your personal information is to provide you with a streamlined experience in making reservations at The Hunt House. We only collect information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this. Personally identifiable information is only obtained when making a reservation.

We sometimes use data collection devices such as "cookies" on certain pages of the Site to measure effectiveness and safety. A "cookie" is a small file that gets placed on your hard drive that helps us provide our services. You are free to decline cookies if you choose to.

Security
At The Hunt House, we take security seriously. When users make a reservation we use every precaution to safeguard it online and offline.

Breakfast:
At this time, The Hunt House has a Continental breakfast available every morning. Including water, juice, coffee, milk, fruit, yogurt, bagels, toast, oatmeal, grits, granola bars, and a variety of muffins and seasonal snacks and goodies. On week days, we highly recommend a leisurely stroll to The Depot Cafe for breakfast and lunch.

Policy Modifications
The Hunt House may amend this Privacy Statement from time to time in order to meet changes in the regulatory environment, business needs, or to satisfy the needs of our guests, properties, strategic marketing partners, and service providers.
