CHECK-IN is after 1pm local time; CHECK-OUT is 11am local time; Quiet Time is 11pm
Alcohol Consumption is permitted only in your lots. Open alcohol containers are not permitted outside of your lot.
PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL AND RESPONSIBLE at all times while on property. Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the property. Owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
DAMAGES DEPOSIT: Security or Damage deposits of $50 per person over 16 years of age may be added to bookings. This amount is fully refundable assuming no damages or missing items, and assuming there were no violations
PARKING is very limited, so we have one parking site available per site.
VISITORS TO PROPERTY: All visitors to your lots must be registered at the front office. Applicable fees daily will apply $12/adult(over 14), $8/child
Our rates are based on family (2 Adults, upto 3-4 children) occupancy. Extra charges will apply for extra adults/children.
As we are a small independent business, cancellations affect us greatly. There is a no-refund policy with this property. If you cancel your reservation at least three weeks before arrival, you will lose your reservation deposit; otherwise you will be liable for the full amount of the booking.
Payment Policy
Our rates are based on family (2 Adults, upto 3-4 children) occupancy. Extra charges will apply for extra adults/children.
We accept the following forms of payment: Debit and Credit Cards, eMail Transfers, Direct Deposits and Cash.
All reservations require a non-refundable deposit when making a reservation. The amount of deposit will be the price of the site for the first-night.
A valid picture ID will be required at the time of check-in along with the credit card used to reserve online
Cancellation Policy
As we are a small independent business, cancellations affect us greatly. There is a no-refund policy with this property. If you cancel your reservation at least three weeks before arrival, you will lose your reservation deposit; otherwise you will be liable for the full amount of the booking.
