We are a NON-SMOKING facility. An additional $150 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside a unit.

Pets are welcome! There is a $150..0 non-refundable charge per pet.

There may only be 1 vehicle parked onsite per room. Visitors of guests must register at the front desk with proper photo ID.

All guests required to pay $100 refundable deposit. Upon inspection of the room if damages to fixtures furnishings are discovered or if there is smoke odor discovered . Guest will not receive the deposit back.

This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for injury or accidents to guests or loss of money, jewelry or any personal valuables of any kind.

Karmanest is a transient Hotel. Guests will not claim a right of residence at any given time at Karmanest despite their length of stay.
Management has the right to ask a guest to leave at anytime for any given reason. Management will provide a time that Guest has to be off property with their belongings. Management has the right to ask for an official trespass from Local Authorities. In the event guest refuses to leave Management has the right to order a DNR ( do not rent for future) to guests.

Management has the right to do weekly inspections of Guest Rooms. If Room is found uncleanly or items damages Management has the right to ask the tenant to clean room and replace or reimburse for items damaged.
