The Lodge at Kingswood

The Lodge @ Kingswood has 18 well appointed, modern, stylish and comfortable rooms set within the grounds of Kingswood Golf and Country Club. All the rooms are en-suite and presented to a high standard. The rooms all have wi-fi, coffee making facilities. The property is manned 24 hrs a day and is within easy access of the M25 just off junction 8. Reception is open between 7h00 - 11h00 and between 15h00 - 22h00. Meals are served from 7h00 to 20:00 daily. Times may vary and we reserve the right to make changes to service times depending on circumstances.

Please be aware that all additional expenses incurred due to missing door cards, items being removed from the room, breakages and additional cleaning costs incurred due to smoking, spillages or sickness will be charged to the card details provided on check in.
Please note that all meals are served in the main clubhouse and that guests are encouraged to book a table should they wish to eat with us.
Breakfast is available to guests between 7 am - 11 am in the main clubhouse.
Check in is from 3pm until 10pm. Please inform Lodge Reception if you require a late check in. Check out time is before 11am. Between 11am and 3pm reception is not staffed so please ensure to arrange altered check in times advance to your visit.

PLEASE NOTE: WHILST STAFF AT THE LODGE WILL ENDEAVOUR TO LOCATE AND RETURN ANY LOST PROPERTY, IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUEST IF ANY ITEMS ARE LOST

PLEASE, BE ADVISED ANY ITEM THAT IS REMOVED FROM THE ROOMS AND THAT IS PROPERTY OF THE LODGE (INCLUDED SHAMPOOS AND HAND WASH) WOULD FACE A MINIMUM CHARGE OF £10

Payment Policy

PAYMENT

All rates include VAT at 20% but exclude service charges. The major of credit cards are accepted and your card details will be required to confirm the booking. Payment will be taken on the morning of check in. Please note that you will be asked to provide sight of the payment card used to reserve the room for Identification purposes.

Credit card payments can be made by Master Card, Visa/Visa Debit or Amex. You will need to confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours by email, fax, phone, post.

We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or paying via our web site.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is 48 hrs prior to arrival ONLY IF YOU HAVE CHOSEN OUR FLEXIBLE RATE . If you have a NON REFUNDABLE RATE THEN NO REFUND WILL BE MADE. We can at our discretion move your date once if available .

In case of an obvious error (including any error in electronic labeling, error in data entry, error of calculation or clerical error) resulting in the display of a price which has obviously been displayed by mistake, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, even if it was automatically confirmed by us.

The Lodge at Kingswood retain the right to refuse or cancel a reservation where the hotel considers that the reservation might prejudice the Hotel’s position or reputation.
