NOTICE TO GUESTS- This property privately owned and the management as well as staff reserves the right to refuse service to anyone with probable cause. The hotel will also not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.

I agree to have a $100.00 hold on the card on file, which will be voided once checked out and the room is checked by approved management.
If card is unavailable $100.00 cash deposit is acceptable.

I understand that smoking and pets are not permitted in my guest room and that I will be charged a minimum $350 cleaning fee if I violate this understanding.
I agree to be held personally liable for all the room charges including those of, but not limited to; damages to the property and missing hotel items. In the event that this account is not settled in full upon departure, I agree to have the outstanding balance charged to the credit card on file.

Payment Policy

All payments must be paid in full at check in. For check ins after 9 PM, the card on file will be charged beforehand unless prior arrangements have been made.

A credit card is required for all reservations, including those of cash payment. There must be a $100 dollar deposit that will be returned at check out. (Credit card deposits may take 3-5 business days to show on account)

Cancellation Policy

If canceled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival (before 4 PM), no fee will be charged.

*On weekends starting May 2017, if canceled or modified up to 7 days before the date of arrival (before 4 PM), no fee will be charged.
-If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent stay will be charged.
