Terms & Conditions

CHECK IN TIME: Rooms are NOT available for check in before 2:00 pm. CHECK OUT is by 11:00 am.

PETS: If you are traveling with your dog you must choose a room type that has the optional pet fee. If you do not and arrive with your pet, we may refuse you. Our pet policy requires guests to take their pet(s) with them whenever they leave the property, they are not allowed on any furnishings or beds. There is a $25 fee per pet. 2 pet max per room. Dogs only. We have extensive cleaning practices after vacating the room.

NON-SMOKING: All rooms are NON SMOKING. A $300 fee will be imposed for smoking (tobacco ,marijuana or e-cigarettes) in the rooms plus any lost revenue.

HOUSEKEEPING: Is by request only, please familiarize yourself with the Housekeeping guide in your room.

Payment Policy

Payment is applied at CHECK IN, reservations are not pre-paid. For stays longer than one night a deposit equal to the first night may be taken at time of reservation. A major Credit Card is required to guarantee your stay. All rates are for Double Occupancy. Additional guests are $6.

Cancellation Policy

There is no charge for cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to arrival, 1 week for Suites EXCEPT as noted. For reservations cancelled within the 48 hour cancellation period, you will be charged the full amount of the first night for each room reserved, including 9% tax. Special dates such as Bennington College Graduation Weekend, and Wilco Solid sound Festival) or otherwise noted are NOT cancellable and will be responsible for the full amount of booking. Cancellations may be made via email or by phone.
