The closest beach is approximately a 10 minute drive from the apartments and Princess Juliana International Airport is a 5km drive. We are near to the Simpson Bay restaurant strip and a stones throw away from many marine supply stores for those coming by boat.

Terms & Conditions

Check in is from 4pm daily and check-out is at 11am. Early check-on or late check-out can be requested at time of booking. Arrival and meeting times are arranged prior to arrival as we do not have a full time lobby. Please let us know what time you will be checking out prior to your departure and if you need any assistance with airport transfer. Free parking is available on-site.

We do request that guests keep music and noise levels to a minimum, particularly after 8pm. Smoking is permitted on the terrace and around the property but not inside the apartment. We are a pet-friendly property. If you are travelling with your pet, a request needs to be submitted at time of booking. This is a case by case request and not all pets are permitted.

We reserve the right to charge for any damaged or broken items based on the value of the item and any additional cleaning that may incur during your stay.

All rooms are located on the second floor and there is no elevator or wheel chair access. We do implore guests to be mindful of air conditioning use and water use as we are on an island and utility costs are high and we strive to be environmentally friendly.

Payment Policy

A 50% deposit is required 14 days prior to arrival and final payment is due upon check-in. Visa, Master card, cash or transfer are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation outside of the 14 day deposit requirement. If you cancel within the 14 days, the 50% deposit will be charged. Cancelling on the day of arrival will result in additional 20% fee on remaining reservation total.
