We adhere to the Hotel Guest Registration act as outlined by the Province of British Columbia.
A valid credit card (can not be credit/debit card) is required to hold a reservation and is required upon check-in.
Guests must contact the motel to let them know if they will be arriving later than 9PM as the office will be closed.
Payment is to be made in full upon arrival.
In consideration of guests with allergies, pets are not permitted in our rooms. If a pet is found, the guest will be asked to leave our facility without reimbursement for the remainder of their stay. An additional cleaning fee may be charged.
All rooms are non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking will cause a cleaning fee to be charged to the credit card on file. The amount is subject to management's discretion.
Consumption of alcohol and/or marijuana must be done so in accordance with Canadian law and may not be consumed publicly when on the Lakeview property.

For cancellations made within 24 hours of the arrival date, guests will pay a cancellation fee of 100% of the total room booking.
For all other cancellations during peak season, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total room booking.
For all cancellations during the off-season with stays longer than 7 days, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total room booking.
Cancellation fees will be billed to the credit card on file.
