We require valid credit card details to process the booking in line with our terms and conditions of business as below.

Please note, that alternate policies and terms apply for group bookings and we would ask that you contact us directly to discuss these.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & GUARANTEE POLICIES:

FLEXIABLE RATES
If booked directly we offer free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to the date of arrival with no pre-payment required. A valid card does however have to be provided to secure the reservation in the event of a late cancellation and or no show.

ADVANCED PURCHASE RATE:
The full balance of the accommodation total will be taken on the day of arrival and the reservation and is non-transferable or refundable however due to the lower rate being offered..

We strongly recommend that holiday insurance be taken to safeguard you from these potential charges in the event of situations occurring that are beyond both your control and indeed the hotels, but which can and do happen.
