Formation of the contract
The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the apartment has been ordered by the guest and confirmed by the accommodation provider or, if a commitment was not possible due to time constraints, has been made available.
The apartments may only be used for accommodation purposes. The booking is only valid for registered persons and is not transferable.
In the event of a cancellation, our separately stated cancellation conditions apply.
In order to avoid or reduce any cancellation costs in the event of cancellation, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

A cancellation, change or reduction must always be made in writing.

Additional services
If you book accommodation in our company, you will receive the Chiemgaukarte Ruhpolding-Inzell as a free additional service.
The respective service partner of the Chiemgaukarte Ruhpolding-Inzell is liable for performance. The respective terms and conditions / opening hours or similar of the respective service partner of the Chiemgaukarte Ruhpoling-Inzell apply.

Arrival Departure
The apartments are ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, the apartments must be returned to the accommodation facility - clean and swept - by 10:00 a.m.

Liability in the event of damage
In the event of damage to the facility, furniture or other items caused by the guest, the guests or pets brought along, they must be reported immediately to the operator and appropriately compensated.
It is recommended to take out appropriate insurance.
If damage or defects are found when moving into the apartment, please inform the operator(s) immediately.

Pets
Pets are only allowed with the prior express permission of the operator and upon payment of a surcharge.
However, if pets are brought along without prior consent, the operator reserves the right to withdraw from the accommodation contract and to demand or withhold appropriate compensation.

VAT and Fees
All prices include the legally applicable value added tax.
If the VAT rates change, the hotel is entitled, but not obliged, to make corresponding changes or adjust the agreed prices.
In the case of tourist overnight stays, there is also a local tourist tax of 2.10 € per adult per night (1.00 € per children from 6 to 15 years per night) to be added to the accomodation rate. More information can be found here: https://www.inzell.de/service/gut-zu-wissen/

Transfer of contract
All contracts remain valid even if there is a change of company or owner. The customer already gives his unrestricted consent to a possible change of contractual partner.

All invoices issued by the accommodation provider are to be paid immediately, at the latest by the agreed payment date and without deductions.
The accommodation company is entitled to agree on an advance payment for the processing of the services. If this advance payment is not received in due time, the accommodation provider can withdraw from the concluded contract.

At any time, the accommodation facility has an extraordinary right to terminate all contracts if it should turn out that the contractual partner made this booking himself or on behalf of right-wing radicals/extreme/xenophobic and/or other groups, groups and/or people of the corresponding ideology, and kept silent about the actual identity.

Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these general terms and conditions be or become ineffective, they should be replaced by conditions that come closest to the meaning and purpose of the ineffective condition.

Payment Policy

After receiving the booking confirmation, your booking is binding.

The total amount of the booking (accomodation AND tourism tax) must be paid in advance after the free cancellation period has expired, no later than 14 days before arrival.

For short-term bookings within 4 weeks before arrival, 100% of the booked accommodation service must be paid immediately and before arrival.

When making the payment, please note that the visitor's tax is due in addition to the payment and is not included in the overnight price.

Cancellation Policy

After a binding booking, you can cancel your entire stay free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival.

In the event of later cancellation or no-show, 90% of the booked accommodation services will be charged as a cancellation fee.
