The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation is made (non-refundable),
and the remaining amount in the 14 days before arrival. (14 days prior to arrival, full charge is non-refundable.)

Early check-in at 1 pm: $20 charge (request when you make reservation please)
Late check-out by 12:30 pm: $15 charge (request when you make reservation please)

Limited Pet policy: (pet friendly units only), only rooms listed below:

Room #19 Lakeside Dungeon mini-kitchenette (Queen/futon)
Pet limited to 50 pounds and under. On leash when outside, crated inside.
$25 per night added for pet

Free parking for our guests (including room for boats)

Free wi-fi on entire property.

Room occupancy limited to size of bedding in room. (Additional guests will incur an additional charge of $100 per person).

Although liquor is allowed on property (guests bring their own), you are responsible to keep it at a manageable level.

Payment Policy

Prepayment
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount in the 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
