All reservations require the first night's deposit at time of booking. The cancellation policy is 14 days prior for ALL dates reserved. Outside of 14 days prior to reservation dates is a flat $40.00 cancellation fee. A refund will be given from your first night's deposit minus the $40.00 outside of 14 days. If you cancel your reservation inside of 14 days the entire reservation is non-refundable and you will charged the total amount of the reservation.
