Kitchenette offers fridge, electric teapot and coffeemaker. Comfortable sitting area has 50 inch flat screen TV. The Studio has a private turret room and a magnificent rain shower in a slate bathroom.

Terms & Conditions

Arrival
Arrival can be anytime after 3pm. We do not have a traditional front desk, so there is no need to "check-in". Your room key will be in your door. And can be put back in your door for express check out - anytime before 11am.

Deposit
For Standard and Flexible rates a deposit equal to the 1st night's stay including taxes will be charged to your credit card upon booking.

Taxes
The following taxes are collected: 6% Michigan Sales Tax.

Pets
Only one of our rooms, the Standard Room (Mediterranean Room) allow pets, there is a $15 non-refundable pet fee required per night per animal. Guest is responsible for damages and cleaning needs beyond our normal deep cleaning. Be sure to request a room inspection prior to departure. If there are repeated Noise complaints from other guests we may ask you to find a different arrangement for your pet.

Payment Policy

For Flexible and Standard rates the balance of your bill is due upon arrival. If you wish to use a different payment form than the credit card you used to reserve the room then please let us know that at check-in.

For Non-Refundable rates the full booking amount will be charged at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Standard or Flexible rate:
Deposits charged on Standard rate or Flexible rate bookings cancellations made 7 days prior to chick in date are returned for a cancellation fee of $20. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check in will incur a cancellation fee equal to the first night stay.

Non Refundable Rate:
A 24 hour grace period is afforded the guest, changes and cancellations may be made free of charge up till 24 hours after submitting the booking unless the booking is made less than 48 hours prior to check-in. This rate is a non-refundable rate, no changes are allowed after the grace period and the penalty fee for cancellation or no-show is equal to the full reservation amount.
