LuPartment
LuPartments are furnished and fully equipment studio apartments.
The facilities and furnishings in the apartments provide a hotel like comfort. Additionally every LuPartment has a built in kitchen that is fully equipped. With 32m2 and its own bathroom with tub and shower curtain every LuPartments has a convenient size. All bedrooms have a full bed of 140cm. All equipment is designed for 2 people. There is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers available in the basement.
Room service and housekeeping are currently not available.
Pakingspaces is not availibale. The parking garage "Parkhaus Walzmühle" is recommended.

You will receive a PIN for the key save shortly before arrival, in which your key will be stored.
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Final cleaning is included in the price. However, we ask you to dispose of your own waste.
The kitchen is to be left clean, pots, dishes and cutlery are rinsed and put back in the closet.
All accessories in the washroom can be used. After use, we ask you to bring it back to the washroom.
The W-LAN password is attached to the glass door in the apartm
Payment Policy
Full rental payment is due immediately after booking. The contract goes into effect when full payment is received by the landlord. Only after received payment is the booking binding
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to 24 hours before arrival can be canceled free of charge.
Later cancellations by arrangement.
