Terms & Conditions

1. INTRODUCTION

The purpose of this document is to regulate the GENERAL TERMS or CONDITIONS OF PROCUREMENT of the Booking services of MANGATA GRAN CANARIA, with registered offices in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, c/General Bravo nº15, 3ºD, established by Public Deed executed before Dr Jesús Toledano García, Notary Public of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, on 13 of April 2016, inscribed in the Mercantile Register of Las Palmas, Volume 2.137, General 176, Page GC51108, and Tax ID number B-76254200 (hereafter, ‘MANGATA GRAN CANARIA’). The terms “You” and “User” are used here to refer to all individuals and/or entities who for whatever reason use the Booking services.

The use of these services implies full and unconditional acceptance and validity of each and all the General Terms and/or Conditions – which are deemed to be automatically incorporated into the contract concluded with MANGATA GRAN CANARIA, without the need for your written transcription in the same – included in the latest version of these General Terms and/or Conditions.

2. USE OF THE BOOKING SERVICES

a. The purpose of the Booking services is for the reservation of a room or rooms that are available at the time of the Reservation.
b. Procurement procedure: When using the service, the user will receive an email confirmation in which is included the information that their purchase order is in the process of being confirmed.
c. Once the corresponding debit for your reservation has been made, you will receive an email confirming this and the charge of 100% of the value of the Reservation. This email serves as proof of your booking.
d. Guarantee: The booking is confirmed and guaranteed for the whole stay with the actual charge of the credit card, debit card or safe receipt of wire transfer funds.

3. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION

These General Terms and/or Conditions of procurement are governed by Spanish Law. For the resolution of any dispute arising with respect to its validity, execution, fulfilment or resolution, either total or partial, MANGATA GRAN CANARIA and the users expressly waive their own jurisdiction or any other which, if appropriate, may apply to them and submit to the competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Las Palmas. This contract constitutes the full and complete expression of the agreement between MANGATA GRAN CANARIA and the user and replaces all previous pacts, undertakings, statements or agreements, either written or oral, which may have existed previously between both.

In all cases, any dispute arising from the provision of services in MANGATA GRAN CANARIA in which the client is staying shall be submitted to the consumer courts.

Payment Policy

The payment shall be made by credit card, debit card or wire transfer of one of the guests that will stay at MANGATA GRAN CANARIA.

Cancellation Policy

a. MANGATA GRAN CANARIA reserves their right to cancel the reservation whenever they are provided with wrong payment details. If that is the case, MANGATA GRAN CANARIA will contact you with the aim to collect correct payment details. Users’ failure to comply within 24 hours will give to MANGATA GRAN CANARIA the right to immediately cancel the reservation.
b. The cancelation of the reservation by the User must be done 7 days prior to the day of the arrival. If the reservation is canceled by the User less than 7 days from the day of the arrival, there would be a charge of 80% of the value of the reservation (including VAT and taxes) and the room or rooms in the reservation will automatically become vacant.
c. In the event of a no-show without prior notice before 6:00pm on the day of arrival, the user will be charged the full value of the reservation (including VAT and taxes) and the room or rooms in the reservation will automatically become vacant.
