You will have access to docks, bbq area, and yard. We offer transportation, fishing trips, dolphin tours, and kayak rentals. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
The island is surrounded by beautiful nature and many things to see and do. Private beaches. Restaurants by boat access. Walking distance from everything. We have a bicycle rental and shuttle service that can pick you up from the airport shuttle you to your locations.

Terms & Conditions

We are a non-smoking property for reasons of health, safety, and comfort for all of our guests. Guests who violate the policy and smoke in premises are subject to a minimum $250.00 charge for returning the room to smoke-free status and agree to be charged by accepting this policy. We appreciate your understanding.

Free parking is available to all our overnight guests.

A mandatory cleaning fee will be added to every stay. Our 2 bedroom homes will have a $100 cleaning fee and the 1 bedroom and studios will have an $80 cleaning fee added at the end of your stay.

Pets are welcomed, however, there will be added for cleaning to remove all allergens, hair, etc as per CDC health requirements. Additional pet cleaning fees are $100 for large animals and $50 for small animals. Please let us know if you will be bringing your pet. A deposit may be required if you bring your pet.
We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning.

No hourly rates are available.

No cash accepted onsite.

Items left behind and requested to be mailed will incur a minimum charge of $10 and may take up to 30 days to receive. We apologize for any inconvenience. To avoid this, please be sure to thoroughly check your room for items that are of value to you prior to your departure.

Damaged or missing items from rooms post check out will be charged to your credit card on file. These include but are not limited to remote controls, towels, linens, pillows, mugs, room keys, books, etc., Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.

There is an additional Florida state tax of 6.5%, a state boarding fee of 5%, and any additional adults will be an extra $25 per adult. No deposit will be required unless you plan to bring a pet. You will be charged within 48 hours of your departure. We reserve the right to place additional charges to your credit card up to 7 days after your departure for any discovered missing items from the home. A valid id must be presented at the time of check-in along with the credit card used to reserve online. No cash accepted onsite.
