This is a four-unit motel. Units 1 (Standard Double) and 2 (Queen) are connecting rooms and units 3 (Queen) and 4 (Standard Double) are connecting rooms.
If you'd like to book both rooms, you will need to make sure both room types are available on the dates you select, then book each room type separately.

Room service is unavailable, and linen and towels are not changed/washed during your stay. Please get in touch with us if you need anything.
Weekly and Monthly rates are available.
Don't hesitate to contact us directly to inquire about longer stays. Unfortunately, housekeeping (towel & linen wash/room cleaning) is not provided on extended stays. However, a laundromat is available for use one block away.
Payment Policy
You will be charged for the full amount of your stay at the current room rate in advance of your stay. Credit card payments accepted.
Excess mess that results in cleaning out of the normal range of services may result in an extra fee added to your card.
Damage to property will result in a $100 service fee plus the cost of replacement.
Smoking in the room will result in a charge of double the current room rate.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled within 7 days of the reservation, we will offer a full refund.
Cancellations between 2 - 6 days of the reservation will get a 50% refund, minus the first night.
Reservations cancelled up to 2 days prior will not receive a refund.
