We do not but don't worry! Our wonderful neighbors right next door to us at Tyelene's Restaurant do :-) Thank you for supporting Small Businesses.
IS DAILY HOUSEKEEPING PROVIDED?
There is no daily housekeeping but we will gladly refresh towels & toiletries upon request. We take great pride in keeping our home and your home away from home clean and sanitized on a daily basis. Bedding will always be clean & smelling fresh when you arrive. We also use a fabric sanitizer before and after each bed is made.
DO YOU ALLOW DAY VISITORS?
Absolutely! Visitors are welcome to be with friends and family staying with us. Enjoy the beach, cook out, etc. Registered guests are fully responsible for their own and their visitors conduct. Vulgar behavior & language will not be tolerated.
Is by 10PM. Please keep noise to a reasonable level after this time and be respectful of other guests.
Overnight guests cannot exceed the room occupancy max. "Bay Bliss", "Sandy Shores" "Timber Cove" have a limit of 2 adults for each room type. "Great Outdoors", "UP Hideaway" Kitchen Suites have a limit of 4 adults per room.
Parking spots are directly in front of your room. Space is limited to 1 vehicle per room. If you will have a couple of vehicles or will have visitors, please ask them to park on the overflow gravel parking located next to the garage.
As pet lovers and owners ourselves WE ARE TRULY SORRY to let you know that WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS. No pets of any kind are allowed on the property. Well behaved Service Animals specifically trained to assist a person with disability are always welcome. We thank you very much for understanding and appreciate your patience. Important: Service Animals do not include Emotional Support/Companion Animals.
CAN I SMOKE IN MY ROOM?
NO SMOKING OF ANY TYPE in any rooms (no vaping, e-cigarettes, marijuana etc.) This is a Michigan Lodging Law. Smoking is permitted on the property. We just ask you be courteous to other guests and dispose of your cigarette butts properly (receptacles are provided). With the new Michigan Cannabis Laws we ask you please consider others and use in non conspicuous areas and of course never in rooms!
HEATING & COOLING
All of our rooms are seasonally equipped with window AC units during the warmest months.
During the cooler months and for those chilly nights our wall heating units will keep you nice & toasty.
MOOSE RESORT is an AT YOUR OWN RISK PROPERTY
By booking you fully understand and agree to all of our policies and assume that all amenities provided for guest use are AT YOUR OWN RISK.
A guarantee with credit card is required for all reservations. Full payment for your stay is due at the time of your arrival via credit card or cash (sorry we do not accept checks) Valid government issued Photo ID and payment card must be presented at check in. By acknowledging/signing this receipt, you agree to all terms and In-House Policies of Moose Resort. Violations will result in a fine of minimum $200.00. There are NO REFUNDS on short stays. Short stay is when you leave earlier than your reserved time.
Please note we are not responsible and unfortunately have no control over the weather or personal occurrences. Please reserve responsibly. When you make a reservation we loyally hold that time for you and no one else forsaking all other sales. Our livelihood is dependent on guests honoring their commitment. Unlike retail sale products that can be restocked, our product is time and once passed can not be sold again.

Cancellations on Standard Rooms can be made up to 1 week prior to arrival date. Cancellation after that time will result in a room full stay charge - no exceptions.
Reservations made within a week or less are absolute and cannot be canceled.
Cancellation on Kitchen Suites can be made up to 1 month prior to arrival date. Cancellation after that time will result in a room full stay charge - no exceptions. Reservations made on a Kitchen Suite within a month or less are absolute and cannot be canceled.
NO SHOW reservations will result in a room full stay charge - no exceptions.
Any changes or cancellations must be made by CALLING US DIRECTLY. They will not be accepted by e-mail.
