OCCUPANCY: Maximum room occupancy is as follows: We do not have extra beds such as rollaways or air mattresses. We do not permit sleeping on floors, so please reserve room accordingly.
Queen - 2 persons max.
King - 2 persons max.
2 Queens: - 4 Persons max.
Check out time is 11:00 am sharp. Late checkout fee $25/hr after 11a.m. After 12 noon full day charge.
All rates quoted above are for 2 person occupancy. Extra person please add $10 per person per night. Rates do not include 8.5% lodging tax.
ALL ROOMS ARE NONSMOKING: Smoking is not permitted in a nonsmoking room or near any entrances or exits to a room. Please smoke 20 feet away. If you decide to smoke in a nonsmoking room you will be charged a $200 fee. No exceptions.
NO PETS PERMITTED ON PREMISES: Having pets in the room or on the premises with incur additional charges to your bill.
SMOKING POLICY: Guests who smoke, please smoke in designated smoking area only and 20 feet away from public entrance, exit, corridors to guest rooms. Please be considerate to other guests and dispose cigarette butts appropriately. Guests who smoke in a nonsmoking room will be charged a cleaning fee of $200.
A valid credit card is required to hold reservation. We reserve the right to pre-authorize your credit card for the reservation. (This is only an authorization and not a charge to your card)
Latest check in time is 10:00 pm.
Please Note: Our Office closes at 10 pm. Reservations will be held until 10:00 pm at the latest, if a guest does not arrive by then, the room will be rented to someone else unless you have made prior arrangements with management. If you know you will be arriving later than 9:00 pm, please notify management by calling (541) 247-3456 to make arrangements. If you get answering service, please leave a message and management will call you back. Thank you.
Rates are subject to change anytime during major holidays and during special events.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Cash payments, we require a deposit (which is refundable upon checkout). Sorry we do not accept checks.
Motel 101 has a strict cancellation policy. Guest must cancel at least 48 hours prior to arrival date to avoid penalty of one night's room charge. For any changes or cancellations, the customer must contact original source of reservation. For example: if you used a booking site and reserved your room online on another website, then you need to contact that source to cancel your reservation. If you booked directly by calling Motel 101 over the phone then you can call us and cancel.
Please keep in mind, if we are notified less than 48 hours or in case of no show, you will be charged for one night and your reservation will be cancelled. All reservations will be held until 10 pm. If you have not checked in by 10 pm, you forfeit your reservation. If you are going to be late coming in, please call and let us know so we can make arrangements accordingly.
