Natalie's Hotel & Apartments

The Natalie's is a family run hotel that has been around since 1995. We are back after a brief hiatus during which major restorations were done to upgrade the establishment in order to provide better service for all customers. Due to the familial nature of the staff, you can expect the greatest care and attention, in a picturesque location towards the back of the village of Skala, Kefalonia. Away from any hustle while being only a brief walk to either the beach or any of the myriad of restaurants around it, the Natalie's hopes to provide you with the perfect escape from any personal stresses or worries you might have back home. Terms & Conditions

There are to be no pets allowed into the rooms unless previous authorization has been granted by the establishment.

All rooms in the hotel as well as any indoor area are strictly no smoking. If this clause is violated then the value of the original deposit for the room will be charged as compensation.

In the occurrence of breakages or theft, we reserve the right to take a reasonable sum as compensation from your credit card.

We kindly ask you NOT to throw any toilet roll down the toilet. We appreciate that it is a difficult adjustment however it plays havoc on our plumbing systems causing significant damages.

Please note that effective 01/01/2018 the Greek Ministry for Tourism has introduced an "Overnight Stay Tax" which will be added to your final payment taken at reception. The amount varies from property to property, in the case of our license it is €0.5 per room/ per night.

Payment Policy

The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount in the 30 days before arrival.

Full payment will be directly at the hotel at check in time.

Cancellation Policy

The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
