ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
On arrival you will be asked to present a valid passport under the same name of booking as well as a valid debit or credit card for the hotel to take authorization. If you are settling your account in cash, you will be asked for a deposit. We accept credit cards, only MasterCard and Visa.
Guests who are aware that they will be arriving at the Hotel before 3pm local time should inform Hotel prior to arrival but the Hotel cannot guarantee that bedrooms will be available at the time of arrival before 3pm.
Where possible, at times of high demand when bedrooms are not available at the check in time, guests may check in to the hotel and use all the Hotel facilities whilst the accommodation is being prepared.
-Departure is by 10am local time. Failure to check out by 10am local time will entitle the Hotel to charge an additional fee. ($20/HOUR)
Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult always to ensure that the children’s behaviour is appropriate for other guests within the Hotel.
Children under the age of 3 can stay free of charge at our hotel, when sharing a room with two paying adults where a suitable room is available. PLEASE LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE FOR A CHILD COT.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse a guest on arrival or during their stay if management reasonably considers that the guest is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, is unsuitably dressed or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner.
FOOD AND DRINK
No alcohol may be brought into the Hotel or Hotel grounds by guests.
PAYMENT, PRICING & EXTERNAL PURCHASES
For the avoidance of doubt, booking prices do not include any incidental charges, which you may incur during your stay (including, for example, in respect of your use of the hotel's restaurant or juice-bar facilities). Such charges will be payable by you on your departure and, if you fail to pay any such incidental charges, we have the right to debit your credit or debit for the amount of any shortfall without prior notice.
Any bookings that are made without payment in advance should be made on arrival by either cash, credit or debit card. A 4% extra charge of total stay will be added if payments are made by card. We do not accept American Express Cards.
COMPLAINTS OR COMMENTS
We take our guest satisfaction very seriously. Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at one of our hotels should be made in the first instance to the hotel's duty manager at the time of your stay so that we can attempt to resolve it immediately.
Internet facilities are in place throughout the hotel but are provided by third party providers. Where these facilities are available in Hotel, the guest acknowledges that there may be disruption to the connection without prior notice and the Hotel shall not be liable whatsoever for such disruption. The guest further undertakes not to use the facility for any fraudulent purpose or in connection with any criminal offence
Losses & Liability
Guests must report any loss of or damage to their property immediately on discovery to the Hotel and shall make themselves available to assist with any reports made by the Hotel to the police.
The Hotel shall not be liable to a guest for any loss or damage to property caused by the misconduct or negligence of a guests unless proven that it is under the hotels staffs negligence.
The Hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any of its obligations under this Agreement if the failure or delay was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including, disturbance, natural disaster, fire, bad weather, governmental or regulatory action, failure of power or machinery, failure of or interruption in externally provided services and utilities, and all similar events outside the Hotel’s control.
Whilst all reasonable efforts have been taken by the Hotel to ensure that Bookings made under this Agreement are able to proceed, the Hotel reserves the right to relocate any Booking to another hotel of similar size and standard. The guest acknowledges that the Hotel accepts no liability for any loss or damage suffered by or caused to the guest in consequence of the relocation of the guest.
Guests will be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury they may cause at the Hotel.
The Hotel reserves the right to judge acceptable levels of noise or behaviour of Guests who must take all steps for corrective action as requested by the Hotel.
In the event of failure to comply with management requests, the Hotel may terminate the booking, stop any event immediately and / or ask the guest to vacate the Hotel premises immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation.
Hotel Rules & Regulations
1. Do not use a guest room for any purpose other than accommodation without the permission of the Hotel.
2. To ensure fire prevention, do not smoke in bed, any other place where a fire could easily break out and any place other than those designated by the Hotel.
3. Do not take pictures of videos of staff without their consent
4. Do not cause any nuisance, trouble or inconvenience to other Guest(s) with actions such as shouting, threatening behaviour, violence, singing, or noisy acts in the Hotel and/or a guest room thereof.
5. Do not bring into the Hotel the following objects: Animals and birds, objects with an offensive odour. Firearms, blades, drugs or other objects the possession of which is prohibited and not permitted by law or any other objects deemed by the Hotel to be hazardous to the safety or comfort of other Guest(s).
6. Do not invite any visitor who is not the Guest of the Hotel into a guest room.
7. Do not take the objects in the premises of the Hotel outside the Hotel or relocate them to another location inside the premises of the Hotel.
8. Do not hang any object on beds or windows which will result to damage of interior or exterior of the Hotel.
9. Please do not go over the breakfast time which is 7:00AM – 10:00AM and should be consumed at the areas designated by the Hotel (at the restaurant)
10. If you or your group cause damage or loss of any kind to the hotel, other guests or their property, you (as the person making the booking) will be responsible for that damage or loss and you shall be liable to pay to the hotel on demand the amount required to make good or remedy such damage or loss.
11. Once the Guest begins to use a guest room, the Accommodation Charges shall not be refunded even if the Guest chooses not to stay at the Hotel.

ALL RESERVATIONS ARE NON-REFUNADABLE FROM 24HOURS AFTER BOOKING.
In the event of non-arrival or cancellation, a charge of the total room amount will be taken without any refund. And any deposit paid will not be returned.
Any amendment to the booking should be discussed with the hotel and there may be extra charges. In the case of an extension of stay, the Guest shall pay the Accommodation Charges for such extended period and if such request is accepted by the Hotel, such extension will be available. In such case, the Guest shall pay the Accommodation Charges for the extended time or stay at the time when the Hotel has accepted the Guest’s request.
