Welcome to the Oak Creek Terrace Resort
Thank you for your interest in Oak Creek Terrace Resort! We've enjoyed hosting many guests from all over the world, and we're always excited to share our wonderful red rock city with new visitors. We are honored to be considered a second home for many visiting this beautiful city of Sedona.
The Johnson family has been running and operating the Oak Creek Terrace Resort for 28 years. None of those years would not have been made possible if it weren't for our amazing and wonderful guests that stay with us. Over the years the resort has gone through many renovations to keep our guests happy while making the rooms feel like a second home. Full creek access, koi pond, & fishing, are just a few examples of on site features we offer. We sincerely hope you choose the Oak Creek Terrace Resort as your home away from home.

OFFICE IS OPEN FROM 8AM TILL 10PM MONDAY THRU SUNDAY
1) Minimum Night Stay Policy:
During the weekends there is a minimum night stay of 2 days, the weekend consists of Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. On some holidays there may be a minimum night stay of 3 days. Please contact us to find out which holidays fall under this policy.
2) Check-in/Check-out Policies;:
Check in time starts at 3PM till 10PM. After hour check in's MUST call the office by 8PM to arrange the key for your room.
Checkout time is 12PM. After 12PM you WILL BE CHARGED another day for the room.
If you have any issues you must contact the office immediately. Please do not wait at check out time to inform us of a problem. We want to make sure your stay is excellent and will do everything we can to make it so.
3) Pet Policies:
There is a non-refundable pet fee of $35.00 (Per pet NOT per night). All pets must be leashed on or around the property. You MUST clean up after your pet; we have a pet station on site for your convenience.
4) Fireplace Policy:
Most but not all of our rooms have fireplaces in them, as such we are only able to burn a specific log per federal ordinance. (See below)
We only burn Duraflame logs in our wood burning fireplaces per federal ordinance. If we find that "real wood" is being burned in your room you will be charged a fine of $200.00.
We have additional Duraflame logs in the office for sale at $3.00 per log plus tax. You will receive one free duraflame log per day of your stay.
5) Non-Smoking Policy:
All rooms on the property are non-smoking. You may smoke on the property outside your room/cabin. Most rooms have ashtrays available for your use.

Reservations
All rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $5.00 charge per additional person. Children under the age of 18 will not incurr a charge.
No one under the age of 18 can rent a room/cabin. Anyone under the age of 18 MUST be with an adult.
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express. Please keep in mind all rates on rooms are subject to change at any time.
We reserve the right to pre-authorize your credit card either the night before or the day of arrival to ensure your reservation.
We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation you MUST cancel 72 hours before the reservation date. If you reserve a room and do not show (i.e. no-show) you WILL be charged for a 1 night's stay.
