Terms & Conditions

Check- In/Check-out: Hotel check in time is 2:00 PM, Check- Out time is 12 Noon. Please present your ID card or Passport upon Check-in.
Smoking Policy: All the apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is possible in the open space or balcony.
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed.
Tax, Fee & Service: The price of accommodation don’t include 18% tax.
Damage to Property:The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible
Outdoor pool: Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Glasses, bottles, or food, must not be taken into the pool area. All drinks must be only in plastic cups.

Payment Policy

The guest will be charged a pre-payment of 30% of the total price after reservation. During Check-In required full payment of accommodations.

Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
