The Villa, built in the 18th century by an ancient Genoese family to spend their summer holidays and to enjoy the mild climate of the Ligurian Riviera,
it was completely renovated in 2018, keeping intact the magical atmosphere of the past.
From all the rooms of the Villa and from the garden you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Tigullio, between the promontories of Sestri Levante and Portofino.
It is the ideal place for all those are looking for a moment of relax and beauty, near the most beautiful places on the Riviera di Levante.
The family farm guarantees daily fresh products at KM0 and a genuine extra virgin olive oil of its own production.
The Villa has private parking, a Jacuzzi and a brand new infinity pool overlooking the Gulf.
The beaches of Lavagna can be reached in 10 minutes by car, as well as the railway station from which it is possible to reach the most important and famous tourist places in the area, among which the Cinque Terre, Portofino and Genoa stand out.

All our prices includes buffet breakfast and daily cleaning.
Check in: from 14.00 to 20.00*
Check out: from 11.00
*Late check-in must be announced, night check-in later than 00.30 has got an extra cost of 30€.
Cot can be added on request, 20€ a day.
Small pets are allowed on request (30€ for final cleaning and sanification).
The Agriturismo could verify the validity of your credit card by pre-authorization.
In case of early departure or no-show, the cost of the stay will be totally charged.
City tax: 1€ per person a day (over 14 years old), for the first 3 days.
Payment Policy
Free booking with credit card as guarantee.
The structure will be able to carry out a pre-
authorization at any time after booking.
Payment at check-out.
Cancellation Policy
Reservation with free cancellation up to 3 days before the arrival date.
In case of cancellation or changes after this deadline (3 days) and in case of no show it will be
charged the cost of the entire stay.
