Terms & Conditions

The pool is open from Memorial weekend, and will close after Labor Day Weekend, Lake will remain open.
There is NO Housekeeping. However we are happy to exchange out bath towels from 11 am-12 pm at the housekeeping room, garbage bags, toilet paper etc. All garbage will need to be taken to the blue dumpster on the Left side of Rec center
All guests must be accounted for in reservation prior to arrival. If more guests arrive you will be charged $50 per day per guest not to exceed the max occupancy of room.

This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone or evict any guest from our property, without refund
for violation of any rules/ or inappropriate conduct.
No refunds for early departures.
I agree to observe and obey all the posted rules and warnings,and further agree to follow any oral instructions given by Olympian employees. I understand that the Olympian beach and pool areas are NOT supervised by a lifeguard. A minimum of 2 adults must be in the pool area or lake area with children under the age of 18, At ALL times
. Absolutely No outside guests or visitors, You will be charged $25.00 per visitor and they will also be asked to Leave!!

There is to be no towels or clothing left hanging on the fence, or floatation items left in pool area. Anything on fence or left in pool area will be taken to lost and found.
No fireworks allowed to be on property, BBQ grills are to be used only for grilling.
I agree to pay for all damages to the facilities of the Olympian caused by myself or my family’s negligence or willful actions. You will be charged retail value for missing or broken from your unit.
The dumpster is located in the back of property near the rec center. Any excessive messes left in rooms will be charged and additional $50.00 housekeeping fee to the credit card left on file.
There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind in the rooms. You will be charged $150.00 to the card left on file.
Quiet time is 10 pm-9 am. The town of Lake George noise ordinance this will be strictly enforced.
Check out time is 10 am. Under NO circumstance can you stay on property, you must leave at check out time. Any lost /or unreturned keys will be a $10.00 fee to card left on file.
Do Not back into your parking spot, must pull forward it’s a one way.
SPEED LIMIT is 5 MPH. If you cannot follow that, you will be asked to leave with NO refund.
DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE! Furniture in your rooms cannot be moved around, and cannot be taken outside for any reason! Picnic tables at beach are not to be moved for any reason!
All unregistered vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense.
NO boats, No jet skis allowed at the dock at any time or for any reason
Pet Policy
All pets are to be 20 lbs or less, if pet is larger then 20 lbs you will be asked to board it or not check in with NO REFUND
Pet is to be registered prior to stay when reserving your room, and also at check in .
$25.00 fee per night per pet
Pets MUST be on a leash at all times
Pets must be taken behind building and be cleaned up after.
Pets CANNOT be in the pool area at any time
Pets are not to be left alone for long periods of time, and must be in a crate/kennel if left alone in room.
Any damage made by pet (scratched floors, holes made in screens, broken glass, accidents on floors/beds) starting at $50.00 depending on the damage, charged to card on file
All garbage can be put in blue dumpster, down by the Recreation Center
Office must have a working phone number on file in case there’s an issue with the pet

Payment Policy

Prepayment: You'll be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation:
You can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. Anything 14 days or after You'll be charged 50% of the total price. If you cancel the day of or do not show you will be charged the remainder of the total due to holding the room.
