Wonderful property within walking distance of the beach, so close that you can hear the roar of the ocean. All of our meticulously clean rooms are equipped with phones, cable TV, microwaves, refrigerators, coffee and tea. Each morning we offer a complementary starter breakfast of muffins, fruit, coffee and tea in our office. Additionally, all of our rooms feature complementary wireless internet. We have many studio rooms available for the budget conscious traveler, as well as some larger units suitable for the entire family. There's no place like home in our home-style 2-bedroom suites, which offer fully equipped kitchens with dining tables, spacious family rooms, cozy fireplaces, and over-sized windows with landscape views. Watch your kids play while you relax inside. If you're here for the fishing or the clamming, feel free to use our newly remodeled FISH and CLAM CLEANING STATION. And if this is your first time digging or cleaning clams, don't hesitate to ask us for a free lesson. BUSINESS SERVICES - We have complimentary High Speed WI-FI in all of our rooms. We also have copy and fax capabilities available. There is a coin-operated ON-SITE WASHER AND DRYER. Soaps and softeners are available for purchase at the front desk. Our SPA AND FITNESS CENTER features two hot tubs, a dry sauna, and his and hers locker rooms. Our well-equipped exercise room includes a full-size free standing kickboxing bag, state of the art Bowflex and elliptical machines, a recumbent stationary bicycle, a treadmill, and an assortment of free weights and resistance bands all on a fully padded surface. Need something to do while you're here in Long Beach? Walk your dog on the beach... we are pet friendly! No Air Conditioning Available Take a tour of the two local lighthouses. ON-SITE MANAGERS/FRONT DESK
Our facility features on-site staffing 24 hours per day. For services after 8 pm, please call us from your room phone or use the phone on the front porch. Leave us a brief message and we will get right back to you.

HOUSEKEEPING
Daily housekeeping is included in all of our room rates.

CHECK IN/OUT
Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm, and check-out is 11:00 am. If you will be checking in later than 8:00 pm, please make arrangements with the front desk. If your room has not been guaranteed with a credit card, you must contact us no later than 6:00 pm to prevent your room from being given to another guest.

RATES
Our Place At The Beach offers a variety of rooms, from our ECONOMY ROOMS to our FAMILY and HOME-STYLE SUITES. Our rates may fluctuate depending on the season or availability during events throughout the year.

CASH POLICY
For guests paying cash, a $100 refundable cash deposit or a $100 credit card authorization is required at check-in in addition to your room charge. The cash deposit will be refunded in full (or less incidentals) at check-out after an inspection of the room indicates there are no missing or damaged items. The card authorization is in effect for 3-5 business days.

PETS
We are a pet friendly motel. However, the safety and enjoyment of all our guests takes priority over our willingness to allow pets. We ask that you keep your pets kenneled when you are not in the rooms and make every effort to prevent barking or whining caused by your absence. Refunds will not be given if you are asked to leave the property due to a pet disturbance. If a pet is left roaming free in the room, our housekeepers cannot enter the room to do daily housekeeping. There will be a $10 per pet/per day fee for guests bringing pets. Maximum 2 pets per room. See front desk for unusual circumstances. Not informing the front desk about a pet may result in a $200 fee charged to your account.

SMOKING
There is no smoking of any kind allowed in the rooms. You may smoke outside and use the receptacles provided around the property. Please be courteous and do not smoke near open windows, other guest's rooms, or within 25 feet of the front office door (per Washington state law). A minimum $150 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in the rooms of any kind.

ITEMS MISSING FROM ROOMS
Our housekeepers report items missing from the rooms which will be charged to your account upon discovery. Please help us keep our rates reasonable by leaving all items including towels, bedding, clocks, hangers, and furniture in the rooms. If you particularly like an item, we would be more than happy to tell you where it can be purchased.

DISTURBANCES ON THE PROPERTY
In the event of a domestic disturbance, overly intoxicated guests, vicious animals, or hostile threats from guests you will be asked to leave without refund. Management reserves the right to involve local law enforcement if necessary.

FAMILY, HOME-STYLE AND GREAT ROOM SUITES
These units feature "mostly equipped" kitchens. Due to requirements by the health department, some dishware is simply not viable to maintain in these rooms. We have provided paper/plastic items for those items we no longer maintain. In suites where dishes are provided, please wash any used items before you leave. The FAMILY SUITES also feature fireplaces. Please use them responsibly. We provide one long burning log per day. Additional logs may be purchased at the front desk for a small charge. Please check the flue prior to lighting the fire. Anyone with smoke allergies should absolutely refrain from using the fireplace. If you have never used a fireplace, please ask the manager for instruction and help in lighting.

SPA and FITNESS CENTER
We want you to enjoy using our facilities. We ask no children under the age of 15 use the hot tubs or sauna without a parent or guardian present. Absolutely no alcohol or drugs are allowed in the Spa or Fitness Center, this includes marijuana. If you do use any type of drug or alcohol, you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given
Rules of use of the facilities are posted in the Spa and Fitness Center.

CUTTING YOUR STAY SHORT
If you decide to leave early for any reason, no refunds will be given.

Cancellation Policy

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Reservations can be made online or by contacting the office. All reservations may not be canceled within 72 hours of your arrival date. Online reservations do not reflect any group or organization discounts or seasonal specials which may be offered. Please inform our staff at check-in of any discounts that need to be applied to your reservation. Reservations made through 3rd party agents (Hotels.com, Orbitz, etc.) are guaranteed through those organizations and not by the motel. Please confirm your reservation with us directly prior to your stay. There are various times throughout the year where there are minimum stay requirements of 2 - 3 days. Contact the managers for any special accommodations.
