Terms and Conditions
Visitors are to be registered at security gates, and escorted in and out of the apartment. Sub-letting is NOT allowed, and violators will be liable to evictions, and/or litigation.
Check-in time starts 3:00pm, through 8pm. We will be happy to check you in early if your room is available. Check out time ends 11:30am.
Guests will be verified with original government issued identity documents such as international passport, driver’s license, national ID etc.
Guests can cancel reservations free of charge until 1 day before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel within 1-day prior arrival date. No hourly rates available.
Our property has a policy of NO Smoking, NO Pets, and NO parties/events (unless with pre-approval / authorization by apartment managers). Noise from apartments should be kept to reasonably normal levels, and not to disturb neighbors. Quiet hours are between 12:00am and 6:00am If you are found to be in violation of either of these, you will be assessed a NGN50,000 fee. Repeat violators are subject to eviction from property without refund of payment.
Caution fee is added to reservation cost and must be paid for booking confirmation. ‘’caution fee” deposit is equivalent of NGN50,000 and is refundable within 24-48 hours of checkout, subject to outcome of assessment, checks, and summary/findings. Note that replacement costs/deductions will still be subject to actual cost of replacing items at the time of damage.
No cash accepted onsite. Payments are only via bank transfers, or POS payments using debit/credit cards.
Free parking available to all our guests.
Swimming pool available, and use is strictly on advance request and authorization, with consent to related guidelines & rules. The swimming pool requires 24 hours prior notice, and open on weekdays from 9am to 9pm, and weekends from 8am to 10pm. Swimming pool use requires Lifeguard coverage, at fee of 10,000 per 2hrs session coverage
Children of all ages are allowed, but must be accompanied by authorized adult guardian. Underaged persons, children and kids are responsibility of parents/guardian and the company will not be liable for injury, or missing guests/children.
As part of important health considerations, declaration of any critical health condition of illness is mandatory, and person(s) with contagious illness is/are not allowed within the facility.
Items left behind and requested to be mailed will only be mailed via reputable courier service providers, and will incur an administration charge of 20% of actual courier costs (relevant costs are to be paid by guest prior dispatch of items). To avoid this, please be sure to thoroughly check your room for items that are of value to you prior to your departure.
We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises, and/or for unusual cleaning following the guest stay
Inventory checks are jointly done with guest during check-in and check-out. Damaged or missing items from rooms post check out will be charged to your security deposit on file. These include but are not limited to remote controls, bathrobes, linens, pillows, mugs, room key, books, etc., Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.
Non-compliance with policies deemed grounds for eviction & non-refund of payment.

Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival (up till 2pm of day before arrival date) . The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 1 day of arrival. Full Refund 5 days prior to arrival date.
