Terms & Conditions

Arrival
Guests must arrive between 3pm and 11pm (unless pre-arrangements have been authorised, £10 fee applicable). If booked over phone or desk, the full amount or small deposit is taken from the customer, usually a charge for one night.

Departure
Check out is until 10.30am.

Cancellations and No Shows
There is no charge for cancellations and changes made 48 hours prior to arrival. Otherwise, in the event of a no show you will be charged for your booked stay.

Payment
Payment is made upon arrival. We cater for debit and credit cards.

Penalties
Strictly no smoking within the hotel,
Any guests caught smoking may be expected to pay a fine.

Damages
Damages incurred from guests will result in a fine to compensate for losses, which can be charged by card or cash.

Proof of Identification
Photo ID is required for any guests also in order to confirm card holder details are genuine.
A returnable security deposit or card pre-authorisation required of £50. Failure to bring ID we will need a £100 deposit.

Payment Policy

Payments can be made before and on arrival to the hotel. Not after.

Any bookings made direct from website or phone may require a minimum 25% deposit to confirm the booking.

We accept cash/card payments only.

Large group bookings must pay a £500 security bond on arrival. This will be refunded on checkout providing no damage has been caused to hotel property and guests have behaved in a respectful manner to other guests and hotel staff.

NB ALL OUR ROOMS ARE NON SMOKING ROOMS ANYONE SUSPECTED OF SMOKING WILL BE FINED £100 AND WILL BE TOLD TO LEAVE

Cancellation Policy

Standard Rates

- Within the 48 hour window prior to the booking, or in the event of a no show you will be charged for your booked stay.
