Our modern and design hostel, is located right in the city center; We are few minutes walking from all main city touristic attractions (Guggenheim/ Fine arts Museum, San Mames, Euskalduna Concert hall...)
In addition,metro and tram are located just few steps away from us , and bus main bus station (Termibus) is less than 3 minutes walking , which is so useful if you need go to Airport the day after!
Price includes, yummy buffet breakfast, all day free tea and coffee , 24 hours WIFI internet (50Mb) in the whole hostel, linen, blankets, locker, shampoo and shower gel are on us. Self-catering facilities, and a wonderful sunny backyard for you to enjoy the maximum of your time in Bilbao.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PIL PIL HOSTEL
Everyone staying at Pil Pil Hostel, must agree by signing the acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Hostel, and otherwise agree tacitly by not rejecting them, and without exception, to meet the items listed below:
Failure to comply with the rules will be sufficient grounds for Pil Pil Hostel to terminate the acquired obligation, and may request the abandonment of the property without refund or compensation.
• I will respect private property and the physical and moral integrity of other people staying at Pil Pil Hostel, as well as customer service and cleaning staff.
• I agree to respect the sleep of the other people staying at Pil Pil Hostel and furthermore understand that the use of the common area shall not exceed 12AM at night, and I have to behave correctly, after the hours of 12AM complying to their intended use, that is sleeping!
Rules and Regulations:
All guests should fully and correctly complement a register form at checking-in moment, and provide a valid document in order of verify their identities. Accompanists must wait at reception area as general rule.
It is forbidden to smoke in any room or common area of the Pil Pil Hostel.
Use of Backyard (patio) will be available from 10h in the morning to 20h in the evening, always with permission and supervision from Pil Pil Hostel’s staff.
Handling of appliances and computing equipment, is exclusive of Pil Pil Hostel`s staff.
It is prohibited alcohol binge drinking and to consume any drugs, within any room or common area of the Pil Pil Hostel.
All food should be consumed only in the common area.
PIL PIL HOSTEL MANAGEMENT
All individual Bookings made must be subject to cancellation terms to the effect that Customers may cancel or amend their bookings free of charge anytime up to 48 hours prior to arrival (or as otherwise selected and overridden by you & updated through the BackOffice) and in the event that Clients no-show without cancellation, or cancel their booking within the cancellation period, the Owner may charge them for the first night’s stay and;
All Group Bookings made must be subject to cancellation terms to the effect that Customers may cancel or amend their bookings free of charge anytime up to 7 days before arrival. In the event of a no-show or cancellation within 7 days before arrival, the Owner may charge for the first night stay per Client, unless where otherwise agreed between the parties in writing.
The Hostel shall be entitled to retain the commission collected in accordance with clause 4 hereof in the event of any cancellation to a Booking by a Client.
